I was just reading through the ambassador program when I saw your post. Yes I totally agree with you as it was written in 2017 and it is now 2019.

I have been wondering for a long time just how to improve my rankings and figured by interacting more frequently does improve your rankings. With a lot of free time on my hands yesterday I decided to go through my unanswered emails from WA and respond. Today I am pleasantly surprised to see the dramatic improvement in my rankings.
