HI if you want to be able to access your wordpress account - just cick on the SiteRubix tab ad click on Site Manager - Log into your account Click on Users - then add new user. You can add a new login for a new user - depending on what you want them to be able to access - you can assign a user type - eg - to be able to access any area of your Wordpress Website - you should add them as Administrator, if you want to allow them to just edit posts etc - then add them as Editor etc.etc.
You can also delete a user at any time.
Thank you Vic but I need to give access to the accual hosting. I believe I would have to set up an additional account to give him access to wa?
If you wanted someone to access YOUR WA account - then you can only have one log in for that as far as I know.
Setting up an additional account would not give that person access to your site since your site would be on a different WA account.
Why does this person need your login information anyway? Be extremely careful sharing access to your site login and your FTP login details as well. Once someone has your login credentials, they can do *anything* that you can do to your account.

I can not log on to cheap name, Is the site down right now?
It's up and running for me....if the actual website will not load for you, it's probably an internet connection issue.
But if the issue is that you don't have access to the http://namecheap.com login or it will not allow you to sign in, then maybe this will help -

I found a pretty cool subdomain of the cheapname website, it shows posts on the status of cheapname's domain - https://status.namecheap.com/

You aren't able to bring up their website? That is strange, as I just got it to come up for me.
I wouldn't think it would, but maybe it is your server or you have a bad connection. You could try a different browser. Otherwise, I would try again after awhile.

Slow down. First get a grasp on what you are doing. Follow the Certification Class and Most of your questions will be answered. I suggest looking for a free theme fist. The quick answer is Yes you can. BUT Remember the theme is just the Frame of your picture. What is more important than the frame is the Image... which is your content.

We block certain plugins/themes that can create security vulnerabilities to our hosting service and to your website. There are some plugins (those that require an outbound connection) that are not a good idea to have running on your site as they can actually crash your site.
We are not willing to jeopardize the quality of our hosting service for plugins like this (nor does any proper wordpress host).
We are always running the latest technology on our State of the Art hosting platform, so you don't have to worry about the PHP aspect. It more comes down to the Zend Optimizer and Guard Loader and what they do.

No cPanel but FTP is available for top level domains like yourdomain.com. If you have yourdomain.siterubix.com then there is no FTP access. This may be helpful to you for using FTP How to Verify Your Website With Google, Yahoo & Bing Using FTP ~Marion
Another good thing about FileZilla is that it makes it easy to make a child theme for your site... The benefits of a child theme is that you won't loose any of your content and images when your website theme updates...
