Does it mean it can't be viewed by the public?
What does it mean when your website is in "park" mode?
Does it mean it can't be viewed by the public?
If a website is "parked" it can be viewed by the public but it won't have your content on it, usually it would have ads. You can't work on it until you set it up properly. You need to set up hosting for the site and point the DNS (Domain Name Servers) to your chosen host. This should help WA Hosting - Setting Up Your Domain DNS

Is anyone using a notebook having a problem building their website? It seems like some of the icons and/or systems do not activate on my tablet. Thanking you in advance.
I haven't had any problems when using the Samsung Mega. It isn't as large as a notebook... But I'm sure it's much less frustrating when you use a pc as I decided to do... Good luck, I hope it works out for you.

Hello WA family. Using my Galaxy note 10.1 did not have a save icon to register domain through namecheap to WA. Also how do I access my domain afterwards to build it? Thanking

Were you able to purchase a domain thru namecheap? Or are you having trouble transferring the domain here to WA?
You can access any of your websites by selecting the blue 'SITERUBIX Build Your Websites Here' tab located in the menu to the left. Then by clicking on SiteManager.

So you bought your domain name from Namecheap and you tried to register it here to be hosted at WA ,,,
So
Go to your SiteRubix option on themenu (the light blue one) then click domains.,,,, is your domain name showing there as alive?
Chris thanks for getting back to me. What I discovered was there is no save icon it's a check mark. So I'm just waiting for it to register.
