I had an Epiphany, sort of

Hello WA FAM, this may be something related to you in some way or maybe not. But I wanted to write it for myself and hope you get something from it as well. In the end you may understand. I am 6'2" and I weighed myself today at 284 lbs. Four pounds more than I weighed about 7 days ago. Long story short I feel terrible and I know depression plays a part of it too, along with a robust appetite for anything chocolate or high carb. So I made a mad dash downstairs and grabbed my weights and did a full body routine to stimulate my body. I could only do 2 cycles because I am out of shape and after every rep my inner voice was saying "STOP". It was so loud I thought I was actually saying it out of my mouth! The struggle is real! Before the workout I was reading about something I read before called Neuroplasticity which in simple terms means the ability of the brain to create new pathways for learning anything done in a repetitive manner. Which is what a lot of you do already. We all use this system some in a more negative way which for me developed me into a Procrastinator to the tenth power. So my Epiphany, sort of is when the thought hits me to do something that will enhance my health, lifestyle and building my websites don't put it off.
