Who Am I and Why Would you Listen to Me

I'm sure, unless you are new, that you have seen at least one of the 60+ posts, gazillion comments, training, and read some of the help I have given others.

So why would you listen to me. I'm not a Guru. I'm just a normal person like the rest of you. The difference is that I'm 60 years old and have been working with computers and software for 34 years.

I've also worked with some of the top Internet Marketers some you may have never heard of whom have been secretly raking in millions of dollars every year.

People like:

• Andrew Linick the Copyologist - Andrew taught Bob Bly all he knows about copy writing and still mentors him to this day. He is a good friend of mine. I have help him with technical details.
  
• Mike (Antoni) Giannulls - Mike is the CEO of BPOUSA a 30 Million+ a year Internet Marketing company helping people to do eCommerce. I currently run their development team.
  
• LIsa Diane - Lisa is an Internet Marketer who is well-known in the Law of Attraction Niche. I created many software products for her.
  
• Eric Holmlund - Eric and I did quite a few Joint Ventures together. Where I created the software and he did the marketing. Our best product earned me over $107,000.00 in 7 days. Interested? Ask Me How.
  
• Stu McLaren - Stu is one of the partners for the WordPress Plugin Wishlist Member. I was responsible for supporting the product, building payment integration, and building extras plugins.
• I have met and had dinner with Guru's like Ryan Deiss, Michael Chaney, and Jermain Griggs.
  

I have tasted success I have helped build it. So I know it can be done.

Beyond that I have a question for you.

Who would you rather learn from, the Guru who has all the ideas or the tech guy who now knows all their secrets and built their systems?

That's right the reason I know so much about internet marketing is because I have been behind some of the biggest names in internet marketing.

I've also built systems for big companies like State Farm and Home Instead Senior Care. All designed to attract leads.

I'm Just a Normal Person

As you see in the picture at the top I'm just a normal person. I enjoy music and play in a band, I have the ups and downs just like all of you. I have a real job like many of you. And I have the same desire to build a business that a few years from now will allow me to retire. Well Maybe not retire but enjoy life.

I honestly don't think I will ever retire.

I have no doubt I will succeed. Because I have done this for others now I'm doing it for myself.

The one thing I pride myself in is that I'm not an Internet Guru

Is that a good thing or a bad thing? It's good, I'm not a Guru I'm a Mentor.

I'm the Guru's Go to Guy

So the reason you would want to listen to me is because I'm the Internet Guru's GoTo Guy. I'm the one who makes the magic. Builds all the things that makes them successful.

Guru's love me because I have an in depth behind the scenes' knowledge of Internet Marketing. I know SEO, I know how to build huge systems to run complex operations.

I'm Passing My Knowledge On To You

Years ago I joined Wealthy Affiliate but my work and family and too many shiny objects kept me from building a sustainable Real Home Business. Which is what you get if you follow the training and complete all the tasks here at Wealthy Affiliate.

This wasn't a loss for me. It was rather, a learning experience, that has given me the knowledge to now come back to Wealthy Affiliate and Build my retirement business.

What's My Niche?

I'm using the Affiliate Bootcamp Approach so I'm targeting Make Money Online and Building Real Home Businesses Online.

I consider myself a Mentor and not a Guru. I want to help people succeed the same way I helped many Guru's succeed.

I don't really post successes. The reason for this is for me success is a much bigger thing. But today I will share some of my successes here at Wealthy Affiliate.

My Successes

So if I was to offer what my successes are here at Wealthy Affiliate so Far it would be creating content almost every day to help the folks here. See the chart above that line hovering above all the others is the number of people that view my content day to day.

I roughly came back to Wealthy affiliate in June of this Year after a real long time away. But I came back with a new-look on things. With more knowledge and with a real desire to help others.

Since my return.

1400 people have read my content.

I have referred over 120 affiliates.

Yes I have made money. But nothing I would run home and tell Mom about but as Jerry Huang put in his post earlier today you have to have a mindset that you are building a long term business one that is going to take you time to build. Some of you might take 1 or 2 years to build something that is a replacement for your job.

Yes, you will start making money along the way let that be the fuel that gets you to your goal.

Other great successes for me are:

I completed all the certification and boot camp training.

I have become an Ambassador. The only benefit in this is that it proves I'm on the right track of helping people, which is my goal.

I have a network of over 900 people. I'll celebrate this when it reaches 1000. The benefit of this is that it allows more people to see my posts. If your not in my network join and find out how much I can help you (I know much more about marketing then we learn here at Wealthy Affiliate)

I have a site that I consider ready for prime time. Post, Post Post!! My Goal for this site is to have 500 researched and well-thought-out posts by this time next year. I want to far exceed my goal.

I have helped many of you in your journey this means more to me than making money to me.

So like I said. I'm a normal person just like you. I just have a lot of technical and marketing knowledge that I have garnered from many very rich Gurus. Gurus I have help to make Rich!

I have made substantial amounts of money working with these Gurus. Especially in a Joiint Venture type of scenario.
