The power of clicking the Like text,
This post is mainly directed at our new members here at WA, but I think a reminder for everyone including myself is good for our community.
WA is a community driven program, and here at WA we highly promote communtity involvement. The little thumbs up sign with the like text is a important part of community recognition.
When we click on this thumbs up, it instantly states, that a members questions or comments, and/or content are valued among our community.
It also states that the member is valued within our community. Have you noticed someone who is maybe struggling a little bit today, or maybe having an off day, a kind word, and a thumbs up will go along way to bringing support to our member in need, and has the power to make the sun shine once again.
As we go forward each day, and strive to be all we can be, let us not forget to give the thumbs up, job well done, fellow member confirmation.

Thanks for mentioning this Gary. A "Like" and a comment keep the WA world turning. But if you don't actually like the post or the comment keep your finger off the mouse when it reaches for the "Like" button. I like your post so I voted with my mouse but I only do that for worthy efforts. ~Marion

Totally agree, Liking also let's new members see that the community is alive even if a comment isn't made. Sometimes we could spend all our time in the community and not doing other work.
Isn't that the truth, I do enjoy interacting with our great community, and often have to discipline myself to get to work on my websites...lol..so much fun. Thank you for your comment Mike...Goodluck to you!!!

Yes it does, there has been a few times, when I needed a hand up, and the WA community has always stepped up to the plate...... a lot of really special people in our community for sure!!
