Try this list of options: It's for fixing a different problem, but the troubleshooting process is the same.

There's a couple of things you can try.
1) Use a different browser or an incognito window
2) Deactivate all your plugins and see if that fixes the problem.

I have put adsense code in WP but when I go to my site, there is no adsense showing up. I contacted adsense and was told I needed to buy a $645.00 firewall malware antispyware

Adsense not showing up is normal for two reasons:
1) your site has not yet been approved (approval can take around a week)
2) you have an ad blocker in your browser so you can't see the ads even though other people can.

The demand for money is a scam.

Agreed! Sounds like a scam. Not sure where you got that phone number from!

Are you sure it was Google Adsense coz this seems like a scammers way to get you to part with money you don't have to pay.
There is no fee with Google Adsense.

It’s all in your social media plugin settings. If you have set to put the social media icon on each and every post then there’s nothing to add. They will be added there automatically.

Hi Tom, have you added a social media plugin to your site? If you have then whenever you write a post and publish it, the selected media buttons that you have chosen to display on the plugin will show up.

Take a look at Kyle's training and how to install the plugin.

Sorry for such a delay in replying to your comments. I will go to the link you provided and check it out.
Being new at this stuff, I more than likely goofed it up somehow.
I'll get right on it.

Thanks, Tom

No problem Tom.

All the best
Tommy

I followed Kyle's instructions about the social media buttons, however, one of the great WA members contacted me and mentioned that I had not done so. Only problem is...I did.

Using a plugin should add them to the top or bottom of every post automatically. It's not something you need to do manually for each post. What's your URL and we can take a look.

Nate, sorry for being so slow in getting back to you.

My url is : www.barbecueribsrecipes.com

Any suggestion and/or observations would be greatly appreciated.
Not to worry about being critical...I am totally open to everything coming from you.

Thank, Tom

Yeah, you just need a social plugin. Perhaps you installed the plugin but didn't activate it? Or maybe you need to find the settings area of the plugin and turn something on before they show. I don't see them on your pages, so look in your plugin area to see if the plugin is downloaded, then try to make sure it's activated.

My main suggestion for your site right now is that the image quality needs to be better. I saw a lot of pixelated images. Did you take them yourself? Smartphone cameras are usually pretty good for posting on your site, but DSLR cameras have really excellent high quality photos that work great, especially for recipes/food photos.

WP plugin is responsible for these buttons, make sure you got installed. :)
