what it is i signed up with google ad-sense copied the link but then i went to to google to see if i had done it right but it is saying i have another account but i know i dont
That indicates that you might have signed with other email. If you can't remember which one, I would suggest to log-in into each one of your email account and search the communication from adsense. Once you have identified which email that you have registered for adsense, make sure you login using this email address otherwise the error message will appear.

Going to have to reach out to adsense, if you cannot find from where you signed up or remember signing up. It will be the only way tonget it sorted out.
