It can be because you have posted an affiliate link directly in G+ - it will see it as spam. Or maybe you have made too many posts on G+ more or less at the same time.
If it is none if these, I would just suggest to keep writing and following the training and not worry too much about G+ right now.

A few days ago, I received my "3-year" badge here at Wealthy Affiliate.
This is to say that while being a member of this very knowledgeable community for 3-years, on a part-time basis, in all fairness to myself and the community, I still struggle with many of the concepts.
I have progressed beyond anything that I could have imagined three years ago.
I have still very much to learn.
Focus on learning the process.
This is a marathon and not a sprint!
Go easy, and you will do well.

Since you have only recently joined the online marketing community and you are inexperienced at it, perhaps you should focus your efforts more on your studies and less on selling your products.
You are spamming and you are not aware of it.
This is the " biggest sin" that you can commit online and in the world of Google.
Spamming is also "bad" here as well.
Again, focus on learning the lessons.
Forget about selling anything until you know how to go about it.
