Wow, not sure if this is even acceptable
So something interesting I came across today. I had forgotten that I had a microworkers account. It's pretty much a site where you can earn a bit of money by doing micro jobs, or give micro jobs. Upon looking at the jobs that were available, I came across a job with a site we all know.
I'm not certain on who this might be, but I do have a question. Is this acceptable? I know there are people that do their best to promote Wealthy Affiliate, but paying someone to sign up under you so you can receive a commission? What are your thoughts on this?

I have seen something similar on Craigslist so it's no surprise. But WA will soon find out and take appropriate action against it.
Does not surprise me, but totally unacceptable IMO...Trace the link and ban the person behind it, AFTER recouping the monies paid to date... : (
Here's a post Kyle made anout this type of thing when they had a similar problem years ago: You Game, We REMOVE YOU!
No, it's not acceptable. They are basically trying to game the commission system. I believe if people complete certain actions you'll get $1 per person that completes all of the actions.
However, in order to keep on getting paid that commission a certain of people have to eventually convert from starter members to premium members.
I would take a screenshot of the instructions, get their affiliate link and report them to Kyle.
This is definitely not allowed and they won't be paid for these credits. We can easily determine when someone is trying to "game" our credit platform here at WA.
Definitely unacceptable and not allowed, but again, there is no benefit to trying to do this. They are sending fake accounts to WA and they will not be rewarded for any of them.
