I did a URL inspection with Bing and it is telling me one of my SEO issues is more than one h1 tag. This is because as well as the title of my article being h1, the title of my

don't worry about it
google doesn't mind more than one h1 and as you say it is built into the theme so unless you can change it then there really is nothing you can do about it....
so unless you add yuor title of your site to an image and display that at the top you reall cannot do anything about it...
it probably won't make that much impact on your seo from bing...google won't care....
so i would leave it and carry on creating content
have fun

Hey Alex, are you using H2, H3, H4 etc. for your article subheadings? if so then that's totally fine, I wouldn't worry about it :)

More than 1 h1 tag, what can I do?

I accidentally published an article as a page and I would like it to be a post. it is not if this is possible

Hi

Of course you can.

Either install the Post Type Switcher plugin and when done, deactivate and delete

Short how to blog post

Or simply copy and paste contents from a page to a post and vice versa.

Then delete or draft the unwanted page or post.

Hey I am Lula.
Can I learn from your experience if you do not mind?
Wishing you a terrific day.

Thanks for all of your help guys. I used the Post Type Switcher recommended in IvanBroz's link.

With the plugin active, when you edit the page, you can edit the post type.

That's it! :)

For future reference ... the rule of thumb is, if the post/page has already been indexed you want to definitely use the plugin in order to switch it but if it is not yet indexed you can simply delete it and publish it again as the wanted format.

Best, Shannon

Here's the plugin:

Hi, Ivan. Have you tried the plugin yourself?

Roy

Hey! Yes, I have and it works. I've done the same mistake when I was starting out and this plugin helped me to fix it.

You can yes, the cleanest way is to copy & paste the content over, however, there is a plugin you can install to also do this for you.
