You can make videos on YouTube and embed them into your site. You can get pictures from Pixabay. This stuff is in the lessons. I'm sure you can google diagrams. Your site should not be too fancy, you want a lot of black text on white background, information you share and what you say is more important. But images and visuals are good and do make things more attractive.

Just follow Kyle's training only and totally ignore all of the other tutorials, blogs and discussions from everyone else on WA.

There is no need to look for a mentor. Just focus on Kyle. He is the best one-on-one mentor all of us have here at WA.

There are websites built all the time for a local market. Using keywords that would be used to search for someone locally. It is a great way to generate additional business or leads to your business. For instance someone searching for "Best Insurance Agents in Ontario" should be able to find your site. It is no different then what Kyle and Carson are teaching here just you niche is more focused. Yes you can build a site that will help you get leads in Ontario.

That's a pretty broad question and many of the marketing lessons here will give you some answers. Generally, if you develop your website to get people thinking about the need for insurance that will help. I guess that would be in your blog posts. Helping readers understand the different kinds of insurance you offer, which would be in your menu items. This would help, also.
Inform people about your site on the Ontario craigslist and kijiji. Get into Facebook groups in Ontario and post your pages. I am old fashioned, but I would carry business cards and post them everywhere I go giving them out to everyone. Ask your fb friends and twitter followers to share your posts. it doesn't matter if they go beyond Ontario as long as they hit new people in Ontario. I hope all this is helpful.
