What are you trying to accomplish? It's not a good idea to add music to play on your website just for entertainment purposes. It'll make your site slow.

But if you are doing a music-related website, you can embed audio clips with various services. Soundcloud is one. There are some other ones for Podcasting, and even some plugins you can use.

YouTube is easy to use as well. Embedding A YouTube Video Onto Your Site

Go into your WordPress Editor and Edit the post or page where you want to insert the audio player. Click on the "Text" tab and at the point where you want the audio player insert the code shown in the attached image.

What is not working on the plugin? Make sure you activated it, then go into the Settings area to set it up!

If you go into the lessons just scroll down and you will see all of the lesson contents listed for each lesson

Hi. I haven't been doing this very long but I think that it's very hard to say how long it will take to get traffic. There are so many factors at play. I guess you just have to focus on the fact that you're publishing good content and sooner or later people will find you. There's lots of articles out there about getting traffic. A guy named Brian Dean who has great ideas. Also a guy called Boomer here at WA is very good.
