Currently we are preparing to move to our retirement home ... Not retiring yet!

Our desire to retire in the country is getting closer and closer to being realised, we have the block of land in the location we want. Our current home we are preparing for sale and once sold the third step ... deciding the house we wish to buy, and then the obvious.

Once all of that is done we will be travelling all over this beautiful country of ours, and occasionally we will venture out into the big wide world and travel overseas.

The final part of the dream is to have an online income when we start the travelling, so I need to work hard on that goal.

Wishing everyone some good luck, it is not needed to make a good business but it doesn't hurt to wish you all good luck!.

Hi Ora,

Looks like you might even be a person from Tassie, like me.
I now live in Sydney.

Thanx for the follow, following you back.

Funny that you want to travel and are into the camping thing...I am in Tas right now, but return to NSW in March, I am in my little motorhome lol...another reason why I love the idea of WA...can do it from anywhere :)

Hi Steve, Good luck with your plans but I don't envy you the drama of building a new house and moving. Throw out all the junk you have accumulated over the years, sell up everything and start your life's adventures, work from your laptop and pay for your travels. LOL. Have reciprocated you following me. Thanks.

I found you by checking for new members.

I would like for you to join my team and help me sell CBD (medical marinara) on line. I believe it is a wonderful supplement that will help many people have a more meaningful life. The commissions are good and it is multilevel. That means you can make commissions off those who join your team.

I just joined about two weeks ago and really have had only four sales. You can join for free, but for $49.00 per year they will create and maintain a web such as the one you can click on below. The commission rate starts at 20% and you can earn commissions those that join your team. They have a Facebook page and an affiliate web site.

Thanks for the heads up. I appreciate you calling my attention to the rules. i will stop my posting about CBD. Aside from simply selling the product on line, I wanted to make it as public as possible as it has been a life saver for my son who has been recovering from throat cancer.

Again thinks for the help. I hope I did not give anyone heart burn. Thought I was just helping someone connect to a good affiliate program.

As I said, I have read the rules and I value my WA membership. What are your thoughts on asking a fellow member to review your web site, or befriend you on one of the social medias.

Steve, Thanks for following me, brand new here. Please let me know if you believe this is something that we could market on our websites someway and how. It just came to the states months ago (but it is in 195 other countries as well) and I believe everyone on here could crush this. www.healthydays.helo.life. thanks - thewitsterrr
yes, believe it or not, by username for the business is "Healthydays", if that doesn't tell you how new this is, I don’t know what does.

Thanx for the follow.
Given that you have a username means that it is possible for you to be receiving a commission from referrals etc. We need to be aware of the rules within WA, and you being new need to be pointed to those rules. If you follow this training in this link you will understand the way we operate. The person who wrote this training has been around the corridors of WA for a while, her view of the rules is relevant to all of us.

Hi Steve and thanks for the follow

I am in Sydney.

Yes that Google universal analytic is no longer a separate link.
What we see yesterday can be a whole new world today with the internet. Companies upgrading all the time.
Google has incorporated universal into the one program.
It does get confusing when you are looking for something that is not there as per our video training. To keep up with the internet Kyle would have to do videos every 5 minutes.
Before I joined WA I didn't have a clue there was so much out there. It has opened my eyes.

Cheers mate and best wishes

Hi Steve from Australia, I'm Di from Australia, born and bred in Sydney but moved to the beautiful South Coast at Batemans Bay 14 years ago. I also have two grown children that are in different locations, but not as far as yours are. We are travellers and have been on the road 'flashpacking' for 10 months now. Our plan is not to catch a plane in our travels. This was my husband's dream for our retirement. We backpacked as youngens 10 year ago, and decided that we didn't want to share rooms in hostels and wanted a bit more comfort in our travels, as we both suffer from advanced arthritis, but it hasn't stopped us.... so far.

We have been travelling a long time by flying to locations, but decided the only way to see a country is overland. We love the challenge of trying to get from one place to another. We call ourselves travelers, not tourists.

Steve thank you for following me back. I appreciate it very much. In your situation I can truly understand now that I'm 60 years of age I have an arthritis that is called gout, the painful one. So I hope I could do what you do, on line. Hope I'll get there ASAP. WA community is full of information. Have a good one.

Hi Leonila

I know that Gout is particularly painful, as I get it too. I haven't listed everything in the "about me" for many reasons.

I hope you can get some good treatment for your Gout, it is particularly painful especially when you knock your foot in the "wrong place" - it really takes your breath away then.

Take it easy and it you ever need someone to talk to just PM me, only too willing to help if I can.

Thanx for taking the time to respond.

Turmeric Steve will help with your osteo!

I swear by turmeric for any aches, pains, sore knees, back etc.

It actually helped heal me of prostate cancer.

I juice it all the time with apple, carrot, beetroot, lemon and other beautiful tasting juices.

Make sure you add a touch of cayenne pepper to help it absorb into the blood.

Hope this helps,

Cheers mate from Tweed Heads :)

Hi Kev,

Thanx for your response and information about turmeric. I will give it a try, as I will try anything, currently battling weight gain as they are treating me for fibromyalgia too.

Was so good to read of your success in treating cancer, it is good to know that these things (treatments, changes in lifestyle) can assist.

Thanx for your comment on my website, appreciated.
You don't have a link to your two websites, send me a link, would like to have a look.

Thanx

Hey Steve from Australia thanks so much for the follow! I am tethered to oxygen 24/7 so I thought why not start an online business too! I wish you all the best on your journey and make your dreams a reality so that you can be with your sons and travel as you desire. As I am sure your health has made you realize, life is just too darn short and tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Cheers,

Hi Erin, thanx for your response. Does tethered to oxygen 24/7 mean you are housebound, totally immobile or you can get around but with limitations?

Sorry to be nosy, but I am asking purely for selfish reasons as my partner has a lung issue and has just had to retire from work under the threat of being put on oxygen if she doesn't. We hope she has bought some more time before that happens.

Steve

Steve feel free to be as nosy as you need to be:-) I can get around with GREAT limitations, so I choose to be pretty much housebound. Life is easier - and safer - that way. I got pneumonia twice this year just by being out in the world.

I was still working ft last year when I requested to work from home. Since my job can be done remotely, my employer agreed. I then reduced my work hours to 12 per week in order to get approved for disability. This is working great for me. I am listed for a double lung transplant and I am quite sure that I will never go back to a traditional work setting post transplant, for safety reason.

Tell your partner not to fight using oxygen. There are lots of portable oxygen options when a person first needs it. When you get up in the higher liter needs like me, it is when your options become very limited. It is very difficult to accept what respiratory disease can do to your life. I catch myself wondering just how I got to be in this life of mine...feels like an episode of the Twilight Zone.

I can understand the desire to make it easier on yourself especially when illness is not that far away (ie pneumonia)

She is already fighting the idea of oxygen but I am persuasive when I have to be, so we will see what happens.

It is good that you can still work, even limited hours.

Will keep in touch, take it easy.

Let her know whenever her saturation drops below 88%, she runs the risk of damage to her organs. In that regard, using oxygen is a small price to pay.

Pretty safe there at the moment. Her main problem is that her lungs are the size of a 12 year old, and now in the last two years she has had lung infections throughout the winter, this year was the worst.

Hi Steve!
I,too, am fighting osteo arthritis. The pain is a big challenge and there are days when I don't even want to get out of bed let alone sit at the computer. But, I muddle through with it and usually am glad I did! Good luck in all your goals and will be following you!

Hi Robin,

Yeah, it is a pain in the arse, oops, shouldn't say that I guess, but that is the only place I do not get pain, lol.

Trouble sitting for more than an hour, walking is OK in short doses and I now have to go camping and sleep on a mattress!

I find that if I push through it too much I suffer terribly for the next few days so it is always a balancing act between how much work I get done and how much pain I can put up with. Ah but that's life isn't it!

Thanx for your good wishes

Hello Steve,

How are you?
I hope that you are well. Please help me.
I had in the past a Aweaber account but I couldn't get my head wrapped around it as I was just working from my iPhone.
I had creat a form but I didn't know where should I put the link? I have my online business website it's mine but I am not the owners company, they have all the marketing rights. I also
Sell in eBay and gumtree.... I need more practice in Aweaber or any other auto responder... Can I just creat a form and put it on eBay? Or I must get a list first? I am a bit lost...
Thank you Steve.

I recognize your struggle in English language, Pat (Pduarte87), as you are working with a mobile device while typing, and also, you're from Portugal.

You as a new member, may I suggest that if you really want good results with your business, please set aside temporarily your existing knowledge of online business, to give way to new learning. (Learn to unlearn so you can learn new things)

Can you see that green button on the left? That Get Started Here button? Click on that button, and explore the lessons. It will help.

Hello Steve, ♫Welcome! Nice to meet you ツ I wish you a lot of learning pleasure and fun on WA. Thank you for following me.

From the start, I have written training for every issue I had problems with myself. I also made a list of 1001 niche ideas, a checklist with 25 points to go through before you publish a post, 101 blogging ideas when you get stuck and an A-Z WA dictionary. I just love lists:) It has been very helpful to a lot of people. You can find them on my profile on the right, the first website link (click on my picture). I hope to help you with those.

Steve, I have a touch of this in my knees due to a skiing accident years ago. Generally they are ok but very rarely one refuses to work. Thankfully not for any extended period of time. I have my trusty cane handy though. I find even when I don't need it, it is great to poke the cat with when she scratches what she shouldn't. At least I can then reach her with my extended arm.

Are you doing aquarobics? That helps me strengthen my muscles.

Anyway have a great time here and ask questions as they arise. Don't wait and get frustrated. There are wonderful and helpful members in WA. When you learn you will be able to pay that help forward (or help others in common speak).

Keep in touch and happy travelling.

Thanx Helen for your advice. My arthritis covers 95% of my joints, to date my knees are the only joint that I have no trouble with!

I get tired very easily, and I must rest every third day otherwise I just fall asleep where-ever I am!

No I don't do any specific exercises at this stage although I am supposed to be seeing an exercise physiotherapist soon, just keep putting it off.

I still try to mow the lawns, do the garden, we go camping a lot, help where-ever I can just find that I hit a "brick wall" and then if I don't stop I am in the shit.

Thanx for contacting me

regards

Steve
