During the renewal of my yearly membership, I'm facing a payment failure repeatedly, which I never experienced in the last 5 years.
I tried to pay it manually multiple times
Yes, it is set to auto-collect but due to some unknown reason, the auto-collection is failed.
No, still it's not solved. I haven't received any reply from Kyle so far.
Just a few minutes back, I went for another international transfer from my credit card to check whether it's my fault or not!
The said payment has been successful and thus I'm now sure that it's not an error from my side. WA can't capture the payment probably due to some internal technical issues.
I had a similar issue with making a yearly payment as well. So I messaged Kyle privately and also SIteSupport. Eventually, it was looked into, and I was able to successfully pay for the year with the Black Friday deal! I hope this is resolved for you. Cheers
Thanks for the information.
So, it seems like a common issue. I never faced this issue in the last 5 years, and always made seamless payments via credit card.
Site support is probably not the right place for this, because it's not directly related to website failure. Did you receive some fruitful replies after sending message to site support?
Did you send a PM to Kyle?
Yes, I sent a message to Kyle, as well as Site support. It might also be a good idea to send a follow message since you are not sure how many emails they have to deal with daily...
The only person who knows how to deal with payment issues is Kyle. You can catch him in the live chat on Monday morning on the West Coast Pacific Time. Sorry, you are going through this. It sounds like a system failure on WA's part. Kyle can help you solve that. My best recommendation is to type in his profile page or catch him in live chat.
Best to wait for Kyle or Carson as you sent messages to them. They are the only ones who can help with this Wishing you well. they will respond as quick as they can.
Andre
Yes we need to need to be patient remember they get hundreds of message each day along with running a business and a family. they are human.
Also note when a payment doesn't go through on the set date they try a few times as well.
Did you only send a message via PM you can also let them know on their profile which at times can be faster.

I'm struggling with one of my websites (3 years old) that fails to generate enough traffic. Every post and page is well optimized for search engines, scoring 90-99 points (acco
Here are a few things to consider:
A. Check in google for your site
site:domain-name.extension
this will show how many posts are actually accepted by Google as worth indexing. Perhaps Google does not show most of them.
B. In GSC check under Pages, check those that are not indexed (discovered but not indexed, and crawled not indexed). Focus on those that are not indexed but marked as "Google systems".
These are ignored by Google and from my bad experience, they are dead stuff.
C. Check click rate graph in GSC in the past 18 months, it will show the trend. This is all about SERPs, so if it is decreasing there is not much you can do, there are things that Google puts on the top positions, more and more every day. But check how your excerpts look in SERPs, this is under the item A.
- Perhaps titles can be improved.
-Some rating stars may attract attention and increase click rate, so consider some plugin for this.
If many posts are de-indexed, it is unlikely they will ever be back. I deleted some sites because of this.
Things simply do not work as they used to. We are losing this battle.
Your items 1 and 2 will not help if any of A-C apply.
Thanks for your valuable advice.
A.
By entering the domain.extension, Google shows limited pages, and it's usual. Even if you enter big companies' domain names in this manner (amazon or TripAdvisor), Google shows a list of sites up to 3 pages. And most of those are backlinked pages.
However, when I put domain/post-name.extension on the Google search box it shows every page in the list, including internally linked and backlinked pages. That means all posts are indexed in Google.
B.
Yes, I already checked on GSC before posting this question.
Fortunately, all the posts are indexed according to GSC.
>> A few are ranking between 1-5;
>> Some pages rank between 5-10
>> Average rank of the majority of pages lies between 11-30.
>> and others above 30.
C.
Yes, I have checked the Click rate for the last 16 months as well as for the last 28 days. The first one gives me an outlook of whether the click rate increases or decreases with time (that you mentioned). I find the click rate graph very unusual in some cases! I didn't get any explanation for the sudden increase followed by a massive decrease in the click rate!
Yeah, the majority of pages lost their click rate, showing a downward trend (though sudden rises are often visible in the graphs).
The second observation (28 days click rate) offers a clear vision of how the pages behave presently. I find many pages remain unclicked in the last 28 days, though the scenario was different 6 months back, for the same page.
It's a good idea to change the titles, but still, it is very uncertain whether the new title will rank or not.
I shall try this for some of my posts.
Rating is also a good idea, but the majority of visitors avoid clicking on the rating tab. Additionally, your competitors can give you a negative rating which you cannot reverse.
You are right, SEO world becomes far more dynamic compared to our present position. Probably, we are lagging behind due to the lack of updated SEO lessons.
Also, bandwidth may cause such issues. According to the site host, each site is eligible for 500,000 Monthly Visits. Does any WA-hosted website get 100,000 monthly visits, or even 10,000?
I hope, someone must mention if he/she is getting that number of visitors on his/her site.
Page loading speed is another major fact behind the ranking issue, which majorly depends on the capacity of the hosting platform. Yes, my site contains many images (mostly optimized image galleries), but I have seen many other websites load in moments although packed with lots of images/ image galleries.
I have had a site that had close to half a million page views monthly, this was around 150k visitors monthly. But I do suspect that there are big issues with hosting. However, I have never been on another place and cannot compare.
About A: Not sure how you get this, I just check with several of my sites, and one result you can see in the screenshot.
But related to this, I had cases where Google de-indexed sites and this check would show just a few posts. So I deleted some sites, they were literally destroyed by Google.
About C: I mentioned this because I can clearly see disaster happening, CTR going down continuously from 3.5 to 0.5-1.0 or so, this on my most important sites, yet my rating is stable or even increasing in the same period.
Glad to know, you had a site with half a million page views monthly.
But I wonder, why do you suspect there are big issues with hosting?
Does the number of visitors drop down remarkably nowadays? If so, may I know what's from which year (or month) it started to decrease? And what's the percentage of decrease compared to your pick traffic?
In my case, I experienced a sudden decrease in early 2022 and it never grew up again.
Secondly, was all 150K traffic organic or there were some coming from Ads or email marketing?
About A:
I'm not sure what search term you are asking me to use on the Google search bar, but if I use domain. com Google show 2-5 pages in the search result.
The actual site appears at the top of the search result; all others are links to other sites.
(for these search terms I'm attaching the screenshots)
Are you taking about this search term>>
site:domain. com ?
Yes, if I put this term in the search box, all the pages appear in the search result. In my case, it shows up to 27 pages, which included all my posts and pages, and some images.
So, I believe it's not a de-indexing issue but a low page ranking issue.
Also, I don't know the actual reason behind de-indexing a website. It may be due to the presence of unuseful content, excess affiliate links, low traffic, long-term inactivity, or copyright issues... but I'm not sure.
However, if any site carries 100+ organic visitors daily, there is no reason to deindex it.
About C:
This is the point I also searching for an answer for.
If there is no issue with hosting, then we are doing wrong about SEO. Recently I came across a DEMO of a very high-ticket SEO course, which mentioned some simple but crucial points that we generally don't focus on.
SEO world is too dynamic, and I think, we are really lagging behind.
The site's decline started in April 22 and it is reduced to below a quarter of its previous performance. It is CTR that simply goes down all the time.
It was all organic, my best site ever. It has never been negatively affected by any Google algorithm update until that day. So why? If it was great for Google for 4 years before, how can it became bad overnight. Nothing makes sense.
Yes, you have to write site:sitename.com. You are right, this is not de-indexing in your case.
CTR is all about Google SERPs. Something is bad there, so this is not necessarily SEO at all. Titles and meta descriptions are a part of SEO and this is what appears there, but Google changes both frequently.
So why people do not click? I am also desperate to know. One reason is surely the fact that Google puts a lot of its own stuff on the top, so even your no.1 ranked post may appear on the second half of the top page.
One reason that I know for sure is also Google Discover, check this parameter in GSC. In the case of my mentioned site, I had 20% of traffic from this alone. But at one moment Google decided that it is not worth showing my posts in Google Discover. This is hardly SEO because you have no much control of it.
Regarding hosting, sites are frequently down, this is a fact, but they will not admit it. There are tools that can monitor this. Just yesterday I had to request one of my sites to me moved to another server, it was down every 5 minutes or so, could not work on it at all. Totally useless.

I never faced this issue in the last 5 years!
For one of my recent posts, Google search console is continuously rejecting my indexing request.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your suggestions on this issue.
Here is an update.
My issue has been resolved with the help of site support team.
They mentioned it was a technical issue from their end.
However, according to their version, seems like this issue may return again! They said, "If you experience this again, please reply to this message so that we can investigate further."
Contacted them yesterday and they couldn't quite resolve it, but I tried index request now and it works.
That means they fixed it. Probably they were investigating after you contacted them yesterday.
Also, when I contacted them, I mentioned some other people at WA are facing the same issue.
Probably it's a server-specific issue which they could figure out later. Maybe they were trying to make some changes on their end.
By the way, it's good news that indexing is working for everybody now.
Not all posts will get indexed have a read of this Are You Ignoring What Google is Telling You?
Thank you for sharing the link.
It never happened before. All my posts get indexed automatically.
When it was not indexing repeatedly, I checked the link on Google:
https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289#will_i_be_indexed
I guess I'm not ignoring what Google is telling.
I'm doubtful there are some technical issues which are related to the server because it says Page fetch failed due to a Server connection error.
Your welcome remember posts can also get de indexed as well if they don't offer value as before. That is why it is also important to update old posts as well while making sure you are still offering value for your audience more than others are relating to your niche and post article.
wishing you well

This may be a technical issue related to the server. Because the search console says it can't find the URL.
So the error comes from which end? Google's or our server?

Hi, this is a query to the specific people who are using the Photo Gallery plugin in their websites; hopefully, developers may also offer a fruitful solution.
Recently,
Without knowing for certain how you are using your images, it is difficult to advise you. However, doing a Google search about your issues... see screen print below... it seems there have been others suffering from the same issue, but... for different reasons that are covered in the post that appears in the search result below, as having been published in 2017.
You may find it helpful to run the same search and see if your issue is covered in one of the many solutions provided.
Hope you find this helpful.
Thank you for your response.
I didn't find any fruitful solution from google so far, even not in the Photo Gallery plugin's forum.
My general images fit well to the screen as well as the content properly. The error is about only Photo Gallery (10 Web) plugin's slideshow images. The full slide is appearing bigger than the screen as well as the content (only on the mobile).
If you want to see what happens exactly, I can share one of the post links where I incorporated the photo gallery. Hopefully, you may realise where is the mobile view error is appearing actually.
YES. I did. This is a useful post, but for those who are looking to set the images' aspect ratio manually. I managed this issue in past for a different site where I use the Smart Slider plugin.
However, my present case is a bit different and more complicated.
Photo Galery (10 Web) was a mobile-friendly plugin. Wherever I used the Photo Gallery's slide show function, It appeared as per the aspect ratio of the content; that means the slide showed never shown to be bigger than the screen. So, I may assume the plugin was programmed to be mobile-friendly, but right now it's not.
I'm wondering how this may happen suddenly!
I think, people who are using Photo Gallery 10Web plugin in WP block editor, are also facing the same issue. If anyone could resolve it his/her suggestion may help me out.
You can go to the Photo Gallery plugin web page and put in a ticket to the developer. Most developers are quick to assist their users in resolving issues like this one.
Perhaps it was after an update... which the developer will want to know of, I'm sure.
Leastwise, that has been my experience with a plugin as popular as this one is.
