Never too Old to Learn
It's not bad enough that my grandkids ask me what it was like to live in the olden days. But now they are telling me I look like the old man in the movie Up. I combed my hair so I don't think I do, but old man seems to fit. What do you think? Anyway, for those of you at WA who are contemporaries of the old man from Up, if not look alikes, just remember, you are never to old to learn something new. So, "Keep on Fishin."

Mine have asked if we had a television when I was a child. I have been asked by the eldest grandchild when young, (I was in my 40s) if there were dinosaurs when I was little.
7 grandchildren later, the eldest 25 and the youngest 6 weeks, plus a 2-year-old great grandchild, I know how important it is to keep learning and growing.
Plus they keep you young and fit.
My granddaughter, who is now 6, has been telling me for 3 years how to skype and now facetime. Thanks for reading my post.
Mmm maybe, we have a neighbour in our area and he looks exactly like the old man from the movie up😁👌
I have to agree - if you combed you hair a different way, you would be a ringer for the old guy.
The movie is a good tale and there are parallels in what he did - embarking on an adventure to what we can do here in WA.

My grand kids all ask how long have you been bald.for all of you I am on top but not on the sides. I tell them I got this way because of your mom or your dad 1 girl.2 boys, which was about the time dinosaurs roamed the back yard. I will eventually tell them the truth when they get older.but it's always a pleasure when they tell this story to there parents.
