I'm quitting the program and would like my 49 dollars returned to my account. Someone please help me with this.

In order to cancel your membership - go to your profile, accounts settings- stop all future payment and cancel your account then you will be able to leave and move onto whatever else you choose to do

Hi - you need to cancel your payment by clicking your profile photo and going to account settings. Leaving a message here won't stop payment. I doubt you will get a refund. Two weeks ago you posted a blog post which said you were pleased with your progress.

Click on your profile pic in the upper-left and select Credit Dashboard. There you can see the credits you have, exchange them and even purchase credits.
You can earn credits by leaving site feedback using the Site Feedback tool, leaving site comments using the Site Comments tool and even by creating training material here at WA (assuming enough people like them to generate credits).

How can I edit the privacy policy page from a post to a page?
Hello I have been struggling I want to edit both my About Me post and Privacy Policy page but I am failing I made a few mistakes Please assist
Hi Donna,
You will log into your website. If your privacy policy is listed as a page for your blog, you will click pages under the tabs on the right. This will bring you to the page where you can click and then edit the content.

You can not easily do that.
It's probably easier to just copy the text and create a page with it, then delete the post.
There is a plugin however that can convert it for you, but that will probably take more time.

I agree with StarLord21. Just copy the text, and paste it into a post. Then delete the page.
