Good morning, Christina,
Just checked--nothing in my spam folder, but didn't get one yesterday.
Have a great weekend...
I try the site support again :)
I think it is normal to go in the spam; however, if you add those folks to your contacts, the correspondence will then not.

Anyone having issues with emails hitting the spam folder?

Hey Christina,
This is literally happening to me right now. Sale setup and same issue. Same timeline too. Currently working with Convert kit to resolve this issue and also potentially moving hosting today too to get s temporary solution.
If you'd like, I can send you a Loom video I shot for my team to clue them in with what's going on. It might explain your situation or at least help you know where to start looking.
Is it just Convertkit emails your having issues with or also replying to people too? And if the latter, are you using WA email or something else?
I'm having someone more technical than me look into this issue, and I think it's something on WA's side. (My sites are hosted through WA.)
I have a few things for SiteSupport to check. I'm going to message them again and I'll let you know if I find anything out.
Sounds good. Keep me updated though, you're issue seems closely similar to mine (I'm also hosted on WA too currently).
OK, Andy. It may be an easy fix (and not related to WA hosting, thankfully)!
If you haven't already, have WA add the CNAME records that ConvertKit provides.
In ConvertKit go to Settings --> Email --> Verified Sending Domains.
There should be 2 CNAME records there. WA needs to add these to the DNS records.
Let me know if you have trouble finding these.
LOL, I have almost the opposite issue - I had that set up a while ago, but for some reason, two days ago it broke and won't verify now, so I have to remove those records as well as DMARC (which WA said they couldn't do site level, only server level) just for me to have a temporary fix while Convertkit tries to figure out what's going on. (Hence the reason for moving hosting, so I can have a little more control).
Glad that it's an easy fix for you though. After you set that up, you should be good to go.
Oh no! I hope that's not my issue too. I have no idea. This technical stuff makes no sense to me! lol
I hope everything gets worked out for you!
Thanks - yeah, no, you should be good. They haven't seen this before, so it's an isolated case (which is good for everyone else except for me, lol). But I've already had two Zoom calls with one of Convertkit's higher ups to help resolve the issue. So at least know I'm in good hands.
Enjoy your week/weekend :)
