I made some edits to one of my posts, changing the title and adding a couple of graphics. When I look at it in WordPress I see the changes.

Presumably you saved the changes in your WordPress edit? If so, it's probably a caching issue. Look at the post in your website and refresh the page. Sometimes that's all it takes. If not, you can clear your browser's cache.
Genius. I had already tried refreshing the page multiple times with no luck but clearing the cache did the trick. Many thanks Phil.

Why are my edits not showing up?

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh, and try again. Try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty the servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache

Thanks Abie. I cleared the browser cache and that seemed to do the trick but now that you mention it I had tried the URL in both a different browser and on my mobile device and they were not seeing the update so clearing the server cache may be the actual solution. I'll give that a try.

Yes, I think that the Hubs platform is going to give you the focus that you're looking for. Hubs is the control center for your website and business, and you still have all of the benefits of the Activity dashboard here in WA - but you're gaining an additional platform specific to your website, we're really excited about this :)

I've set up email in WA for my domain but I must not have done something correctly. Email sent to the addresses I've created does not come to my inbox in Wealthy Affiliate. I

Just for future reference. I figured out that if you go to site support and ask a question about your website it goes to the tech guys but if you ask a question and classify it as "Other" then it goes to one of the classrooms for general discussion. :) Thank you again for helping.
