I have published a Private Policy page, which is in the back office but not on the website's main page. I successfully published it again and got the same result. I can access

What is your website's URL?

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh, and try again. You can also try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.

You can also empty the servers cache.

Hello. Thank you for your message. My website URL is coffeecosyclub.com.

Privacy Policy page is now appearing on the website.

Perfect and I am so happy for you :)

Thanks for the URL as well.

You are welcome.

Thank you.

No problem at all :)

Hi dear, once you CREATED one page, you have to decide WHERE to show it in your website.

You can go on Dashboard > Appearance > Menus

From there you can decide where to publish the page (header or footer or any specific menu you created)

:)

I have tried. The PP page does not appear on the website, and I can't move it to the right menu.

On which menu are you trying to move it? Make a screenshot so we can help you better

I am sorry, Romy. I wasn't able to explain the problem.
I have published the Privacy Policy page. But it wasn't found on the website. It is not about the menu because the page does not exist on the web,

Ah ok, so go on Pages > select the page policy > check if the visibility is PUBLIC or private. Maybe this status is set on private

Great! Your step-by-step explanation helped me solve the problem. It has been fixed, and the Private Policy page is appearing on the website.

Thank you so much.

you welcome dear! we are all on the same boat, learning from each other!

The private Policy page was deleted when I was publishing. Although under "My Writing Task," it appears as a Published. But when I click the View Article button, it takes me

Have you cleared your caches in both browsers and servers?

You can also empty the servers cache.

I messed up while publishing a private policy page. I found it on the page's site. Thank you for your interest.

Perfect! Really happy for you.

First of all check in your templates. II I want to publish a template I always make a copy . However as Frank says it will be in your WP back office. Open all posts or all pages and look at the top for published articles. If you want to change it open it up by pressing edit under the title and then change it and click update on the right

Thank you, Catherine. I have finally recovered the Privacy Policy page. It was duplicated and hidden within the pages' portfolio.

Alls well that ends well

Hi Mohammad

Check under "Pages" and "Posts" in your WordPress back office.

Frank 🎸

Thanks once again, Frank. I have found it among the pages.

You’re welcome, Mohammad.

Anything you publish in Site Content/Hubs will end up in WordPress, where you can edit it, if desired.

Frank 🎸

You would want to clear the caches both browsers and servers :)

I have found the page. Thank you for your help.

That's awesome and thank you for the update :)

What effect will it have on the website by keeping it off or on?

Thank you for your help

It enables server cache, so once a post or page from your site gets served it happens quicker the next time around.

Give the extreme setting a try. If it negatively affects your site then you can use the regular speed setting.

Frank 🎸

Thank you for your response. I will set it on

You’re welcome. 😎

You can turn it ON.

Thank you. I will set it on

Perfect :) And you're welcome, Mohammad!
