If there is a theme that is not listed in the free themes when going to create your blog, can we somehow import a different one?
Also. Premium themes can have very large files. If this is the case, you have to use filezilla or similar program to upload them. I have a theme called TheFox which I like except for the updates. It has frequent updates and it's a pain to do through filezilla every time one comes along. That may be one reason some people use outside hosting. Good hosting companies make that process very easy.

The answer is yes but.
WA hosting will work any wordpress theme. Here's the but. Some themes (mostly paid premium ones) require plugins that won't work on WA hosting. They are usually blocked because they can compromise security. Monstroid by TemplateMonster is one example. So it's good to check with WA support and ask them about the plugins too, if you plan on using a different theme.

If the theme is within WA's uploading limits then you can do it very easily Install Premium Theme Otherwise you'd have to use FTP like Geoff said.

If you are thinking of a Niche and there are many different affiliate pr
There are many different affiliate programs, you can also look at retailers you like and sell your program and check to see if they have affiliate programs a lot do, if it is digital there are places such as DealGuard
If you find good affiliate programs for your niche then yes, apply for multi of them. Others may have bigger commissions which is good. The thing is, with Amazon is easy to get accepted, but others may have higher criteria for what your site looks like and how much traffic it gets. So if it's a new site I would apply to Amazon and a little later for other programs. (When you apply for Amazon you need to make a sell in 180 days, otherwise, they close your account and you need to apply again.)
Of course, you can try and apply right away, but be prepared to apply again if they don't accept you now.
