First, you want to learn about Wealthy Affiliate. Start by reading WA policy and service agreement. Learn about the history about WA. Talk about the owners, Kyle and Carson
Tell them about what an awesome helping community, and no other like it.
If you are recruiting, then, a tablet works wonders.
Introduce them to the Getting Started video! Let them hold the tablet. You know seeing is believing.

There many ways to promote WA.besides making money online. There are several audiences you could reflect on Such as;
1. How to use the Jaaxy keyword & Niche Research. There are people who don't know about Jaaxy.
2. Teaching people about the Ambassador Program.

If I had a website on hairdressing or gaming for example, I could write a couple posts targeting keywords like 'how to make extra money as a hairdresser' or 'how to make money playing games' etc etc. But I wouldn't push it too hard as your site is predominately about your niche.

My first one is about seniors running so I guess I could promote it as a way to supplement retirement to enable them to travel to running events. That sort of thing.

Now that I'm a premium member am I able to have the 'siterubix' removed from my website url?
If so what do I need to do?

That was frustrating because I had to do it about five times before it worked and each time I had to re-fill in all my details. The form doesn't save your details like a lot of them do.
Yes you need to purchase a domain first, through site domains in rubix is probly easiest. Than you can direct the site rubex url to the new domain.
Thanks guys - I pretty much had my question answered by doing the first lesson in the second course after upgrading.
However, I'm having trouble purchasing a domain.
When you go to select your payment option there aren't any options - only one so you don't get to choose.
The system is not accepting my payment using my card and I'd much prefer to pay with paypal - where is the option to choose your payment method?
I always use PayPal for my domain name purchases. There must be a button somewhere that you've missed. Unless you're trying to purchase a domain name that's already been taken.
No it says the domain name is available but I don't see anywhere an option for paypal - I'll check again
to get rid of the siterubix domain you will need to purchase your own .com domain. U can do this in Site Domains and u can check there to see if your name is available or not. A domain costs $13.99 per year here. Hope that helps u.
