I'm looking your website with my phone, and honestly I agree with Dr Brad. It looks boring and cluttered.

My suggestion:
1. Don't leave post as Uncategorized. Make some hierarchy with tags and categories. They can improve SEO. You can search for category and tag training with WA search bar (sorry I'm on phone so a bit limited to provide links)

2. I read some of your reviews and it looks halfway done. Maybe you can write review at a minimum 1000+ words.

3. Use magazine style theme, or any other theme that focus heavily on visuals.

4. Use pinterest and instagram for social media network. Both of them rely heavily on visual content, so it is very applicable to your niche.

5. Also, share your content in facebook group, search for beach traveller group. Sharing in FB group are helping tremeoundously in social traffic. I experienced many viral post because of sharing in FB groups.

Good luck and wish you success :)

Cheers,
Ferdinand

I think your niche has a lot to offer any of the image social media sites, so as well as choosing a theme that gives it a bit more life I would be adding all those pictures into Pinterest and Instagram and build up a following there.

In the beginning SEO is not really to be relied upon it is a social media game at this stage, so just look to expand your reach now looking at other ways to bring people in.

Hi Chad,

I know it can be frustrating when you're not seeing the results you want yet. It does take time and research and it sometimes takes longer for some niches.

You're off to a good start and written quite a few posts/pages there, but if I may suggest:

It would help to add more content and images to your posts/pages. Be more in-depth about the specific thing you're writing about. Add more details and be more descriptive in your writing.

Usually around 1,000 words or more. Maybe find out more about each of these beaches, or even local events that are held at or near these beaches, if any...(just a thought off the top of my head.)

As suggested below in the comments, take a look at other travel sites...don't copy them, but figure out what catches your eye on the ones you like and do something similar that would fit with your beach site.

Oh, and when you add images, make sure to add your keyword or a relevant keyword into the alt text box of the image too...it helps a lot. You might find this tutorial by Jason helpful with that One more thing is to make sure you include a call to action...suggest to people at the end of your pages/post what to do next. Whether it be to go to another page of your site to find out more, or if it's about a certain destination to find out where they can make reservations, or order a product, etc. and link it to the site you're affiliated with.

While checking it out a bit, I couldn't really find too many places on your site where you're linking to your "product," just so you know...that might be another reason why you're not getting sales yet. People might not know where to go to buy or in your case reserve a destination.

I hope that helps, and please don't take offense, I don't mean to criticize ...just giving you my two cents on what I think would help. I get ya...I know it's hard starting out. It can be overwhelming at first, but you'll do fine. It took me a long time to get that first sale, but the sales will come. It's that first one that's the hardest to get. Just keep on writing and doing the tasks here in the training. You WILL get there. :)

Anyways, if you need help just send me a PM if you want, I'd be happy to help out if I can. Best wishes :) ~Sherry

Just had a look at your site Chad.

Don't mean to be harsh, and please take this as constructive. It looks pretty amateur and boring. You really need to 'pretty' it up. Lots more pictures and colour.
Work on, or pay someone, to do a logo so you can brand it up a bit more.

Your articles also need to be longer and more interesting. It comes across that you have never been to any of these beaches, or used the products that you recommend.

You really need to put in some work on the overall design and feel.
Not easy, and it is not something that is natural for me either. Just check out some other sites that you like the look of, and get googling. There is loads of info and tutorials on design, youtube is great!

You have the basis for a great site, and I really like your niche. Keep up the good work.

Hope this helps a bit, all the best.

How often do you write? This is an important factor in your sites traffic and growth.

I was doing 3 posts a week honestly it didn't seem to make much difference whether I did 3 or none in a week.which is extremely frustrating.it drives me crazy seeing no progress

I agree with DrBrad - It also does make a difference how often you write. BIG difference. I'm already seeing significant traffic and growth because I write once a day. DrBrad hit the nail on the head in terms of the other stuff you could fix, though.

You really have to have a good, trustworthy looking site with in-depth content and a personal feeling in order to see results. Props to you for not giving up, though, and you already have a foundation of content you can build off of.
