A simple question, what would you do if had a billion dollars? Ok, a couple of simple rules. No one but you knows that suddenly $1,000,000,000 was deposited into your checking account and you can use it and spend it anyway you want. I think I would do something like this. My granddaughter Myranda has cystic fibrosis. She wasn't supposed to reach age 10. The Stanford Children's Hospital flew from Palo Alto to Eureka, CA in a life-flight jet, picked up Myranda and flew her back to the hospital.
