The Hidden Secret
Please forgive me for subjecting you to another depressing post. It seems like every year after holidays I start dwelling on things unpleasant. I'm going to leave you a link to YouTube for a documentary called Vietnam Remembered. In it, Vietnam veterans tell true stories of their experiences in combat. These are the worst experiences you can imagine| and worse. Please give this a chance. It may be hard to watch but when it's over,you will have answers and an understanding one of the darkest times in modern history. If you've seen this before you know how hard it was for these men to talk about their hardest, darkest times in country on the other side of the world. If you haven't seen this before, it will go by fast and you will be stunned. Thank you for watching.

Isn't that the truth and it's also very scary. With our country divided the way it is right now, who knows what could happen. We've already had congress over run, it is frightening.
I'm in Australia, Chuck and we just don't have that sort of political division. The mob over-running the Capitol was frightening and the fact that people lost their lives was appalling.
We were certainly divided by the Vietnam war back then though. It triggered a change of government at the time and made us rethink our place in the world.
I have always admired the way Australians settle their disputes. Everyone has their say and when one point of view prevails, everyone unites and moves forward
IMHO, Chuck, that was a Liberal operation! They were escorted in by the cops after the Speaker of the House and the DC Mayor refused National Guard troops offered by then President Trump! Most of that is on video!

One, an unarmed woman was shot, the other a DC police officer was hit over the head with a fire extinguisher! The other 4 hung themselves days later! That's what I have read from several different sources! You'll never hear that from the Lame Stream Media because it would not fit their narrative!
