I can only log into my webpage admin page from my desktop. When I try to log in from my laptop it tells me I am using wrong password.
hmm, there is no evident reason why this should happen...clear cookies, and open up wordpad, type your password in so that you can see it- make sure it is correct, and give it another go...Or, before now I have mis-typed a password, used my browser to save it, and have then put in what I thought was the correct one on another device, only to...well I am sure you get it. If that does not work reset your password using the "forgot password?" option, and then rinse and repeat

I can only log into my webpage admin page from my desktop. When I try to log in from my laptop it tells me I am using wrong password.
when I try to login to WA from another laptop it will not let me. It tells me it does not recognize my account. I tried to create a new free account and it tells me that my email is already registered - in one instance - login i do not exist - in another I do. I should mention that on the other laptop I cant change the password because it does not recognise the email. very frustrating.

I hope you were able to find your answer. Try closing out the browser and starting a new one. Maybe a hard reboot on your computer if the other reconfigure options you try don't work.
Definitely check the password. If you are sure it's correct, try refreshing your browser or trying a different one. Sometimes they can cache errors.

Are you copying and pasting your password? Make sure that you are not getting the extra space if so. I know using the mousepad on a laptop can do that at times.

There should be an upgrade button on your left, for me it's red. If you click on that it will tell you.

when I try to login to WA from another laptop it will not let me. It tells me it does not recognize my account. I tried to create a new free account and it tells me that my email is already registered - in one instance - login i do not exist - in another I do. I should mention that on the other laptop I cant change the password because it does not recognise the email. very frustrating.
