How do I move pictures to my desired location on the pages of my website?
Upload the picture to your media library. Click on the edit button for the picture and copy the file url. Go to the page where you want to add the picture and click on the camera image in your text editor. Paste the image url in the image url box and click insert. Put your mouse over the picture and left click on it. From here you can align the picture left, center or right and resize it.
Hey there James... first go into your site's dashboard, then scroll down to 'Media', then click on 'Add New'...then 'Select Files' to browse your computer for the image. Then double click or open that file and you will see the file uploading. From that point when you are creating your content, place your cursor where you want your image and then click on the 'Add Media' button and it will allow you to pick the image you want from your media library! Hope this helps!

You can also use columns, especially for more than one image, ie. http://utmce.siterubix.com/columns using http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ultimate-tinymce/ There's also training on it here: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/ultimate-tinymce-plugin-the-ultimate-training :) Rich.

Do you have to be careful on what images you place on your website when gathering them from the internet? Will Google penalize you for that?
Google probably won't, but if the image is copyrighted, you could receive a cease & desist letter from the owner ordering you to take it down. This happens all the time. I think that usually you will get a warning first.
The best ones to use are the Creative Commons licensed images.
If I use an image from the Internet, I will look for all copies that are found on there. If there are dozens shown, it's probably safe to use it. Otherwise, there are free-to-use images on dedicated websites for this you can visit and see if there are any you can use.
If you find an image you like, look carefully for a watermark on it. If it exists, do NOT use it. Sometimes, especially if the image is "busy," this may be difficult to see, but usually there will be the logo of the owner on it and there may be lines criss-crossed through it, but they are very faintly visible.
If you are in doubt about an image, don't use it. You can always find the source of the image and see what's on the website about using content from there.

Is it best to use as many keywords as possible for your website?
It's ok to have more keywords if they are natural words in your content, but don't "force" keywords just for the sake of having keywords. I see comments below, so no need to elaborate.
Totally in agreement with kws123. Don't stuff your keywords into the content of your post :) Patti
