Free members can see and do:
The first 10 lessons of the Bootcamp and the certification course.
The membership lessons set to public.
They can't interact on the forum but they can read all blogs.
They can not use the live chat.
They can change their profile page, but can not give comments, just likes.
They can have 2 free websites, but can not add plugins
They can not reach out to website support
They can follow people and people can follow them.
They can not write WA blogs
In short, they have a limited just read access.
That is a very good question Heather. I have often wondered, but never asked. I look forward to reading members' replies.
I was wondering the same thing as I also did not remain free for long. If you're like me, you want to write about the difference between the two packages...
I use the big free/upgraded comparative banner in the banners section of the Affiliate Bootcamp to work out what free members get.
The banner doesn't compare everything, such as free/upgraded chat and forum access, but it's a good place to start.
Yeah I've definitely been using that from the beginning but I really want to start referring others by using the affiliate links on each blog/question/tutorial so others can see the type of value that all the members of WA provide.
I don't have enough time to write a bunch of tutorials for WA to refer others here, between my 2 websites, and promoting my social media and all that, I don't get a lot of spare time for that. I made a few, but they don't get too much action other than the one I did for niches, since that is something that most people don't understand when they come into affiliate marketing.
Thanks so much for your comment though, maybe someone will come through and be able to tell us EXACTLY the difference, it'd be nice to know lol

As Loes said. I'll add this:
Free members can use the WA search bar to find answers and training videos and tutorials. They can scroll to read the chat. This means they can:
-- access hundreds, probably 1000+ tutorials prepared by members, unless the member marked the training as Premium.
-- access the Activity Dashboard and the list in the right column
-- build to 2 Siterubix subdomain sites. Fewer choices in themes, but they can get indexed and build traffic and promote their niche or WA. When they upgrade, they will be able to move their site to their own domain.
-- earn commissions
-- buy their own domains at WA SiteDomains. However, premium membership is required for WA hosting with an owned domain.
-- click on anything. They may get a message that it is Premium content. They won't break anything.
The left column has a padlock no access image. In other areas on WA, such as the Site Manager, certain items state Premium Upgrade required ~Jude
