What a fantastic looking site.You really have done your work here Phil,well done for that.I did not navigate the whole site but for what I read it was on the ball.I myself went for acupuncture and I thought it was great,I went for my neck and back and the relief I got from it was immense.I also had to buy a bottle of some kind of thick syrup mixture to rub into my back and neck,unfortunately I did not get round to this as I had an accident with it in the glove compartment of the car.At the time I had a lovely mini cooper,when I came out of the shop I just put the bottle into the glove compartment and forgot about it,well it leaked and went all over the inside of the compartment,what a sticky mess it made,the smell was very nice but it was hard to shift.
Anyway I would also like to comment on the exercise video,I think it,s great,do you have bands for sale on your site for sale,if not you should have.

I've only heard good things about acupuncture, but I wouldn't want people to start sticking needles into themselves. Acupressure anyone can do.
This looks even doable for me on the days I don't go to the gym and can't get outside for a hike or walk. My carrot is my class reunion. ~Debbi
I have the hardest time in the winter. Spring gives me new resolve for some reason. I started Mon actually and am good all day but struggle at night. I'll weigh and measure again this coming Mon and let you know how I did.

It's Sunday morning, I've already done my stretching. I'm going to have a cup of coffee then I'll do my 15/15 workout before I eat. I'll take a walk later. Why don't you join me.

Wow, you are good at this "keep it fit" stuff. You really practice what you preach, lol. ;)
Jewel, I'm down 14 lbs in 17 days! That was EZ.
Now, it get's tougher, because now I'm losing FAT, so the weight loss will slow down. What will I do? Exactly what I've been doing "Eat To Live", walk several times a day, and do my 15/15 workout every other day.
As far as "practice what you preach" I've found the older I get the less I listen to what people say... and just watch what they do. ;^)
Don't do what I say, do what I do and you will be healthier and 20 lbs. lighter by March 1st.

Where do you have to time to walk several times a day, and do yr 15/15 workout every other day, it is as if you are very free, lol. :)
It's 6 AM I'm just about to do my 15/15. After I shower and go to work. At my breaks I walk and at lunch I walk 2 miles, for about 3 miles + for the day. It's EZ.
