AI might make a suggestion based on SEO, but you can optimize for SEO with other methods.

Your main domain should match you company brand and be easy for customers to remember and refer to others.

I don't follow the recommended size. I use a specific size based on my blog design.

There is no specifc size for everyone if you are happy with the size you are using now that is fine.

I don't use Divi so you might need to check that out but also make sure that any image you use regardless of size are optimized as well.

You're free to use whatever size you like. I personally use 400 x 300 pixels.

By default you have Kraken plugin installed on your WP website. If it's activated, all your images will be optimized.
If 1000x1000 fits your theme, use this size.

I did this because I thought it was an automated way to get content on my website. BUT... I think it might hurt Google Ranking.

I looked at my Google Search Console, and saw A LOT of un-indexed. (/feed)

So maybe that negatively effects Index Ranking. I'm not sure but it seems like it might.
