Either at the bottom of the page or in the sidebar?
Hi, these are just a way to quickly access a post, articles, or blog that pertains to the tag... I. E. If you are looking for information on keywords, clicking on a tag "keyword" will. take you to all the pages having references to keyword... Think of it like a dictionary, where words are broken down in alphabetical order... The tags are useful when used in this manner... Cheers!

The files are on my computer and I'm not sure how to upload them to wordpress. There is no upload or extract buttons.
I think you need to extract the files and folders from the zip file and upload them using FTP. One of these tutorials will help How to Back Up Your Website With FileZilla via FTP How to Verify Your Website With Google, Yahoo & Bing Using FTP ~Marion

I haven't used it myself, I use the template code I get from Aweber, but I've never seen anything negative written about it. :)
Hi - navigate to your Wordpress cpanel then on the left hand side menu options...
1 . Click on Appearance
2. Add New
3. Upload Theme
4. * Feature Filter
5. Click on Browse, find your zipped updated theme, when you click on open it will automatically install...

I don't unzip files on WP, it does it automatically (at least when I upload a theme)

I 'm wondering what exactly you mean by "outsourcing everything" ? Seems like 2 different questions you are asking.
1) How to build your mailing list
2) how to outsource
How to build an email list?
Networking is one of the best methods to build a faithful following,. It's better to build a small yet faithful following.that grows, then have a huge list of followers that doesn't convert.
Blogging on other marketers Blogs with great and helpful content is a great way to attract followers to your site. Also Blogging or commenting regularly on social networks is important. and is another great way to build a Tribe.
It's important to stay consistent. with your Blogs, and definitely choose quality of content over quantity of words written. It's better to have a 800 word blog that leaves people enthusiastic and hungry for more, than a 2000 word blog that people get bored and skip out on
Rub elbows with people in your niche, don't be afraid of the competition, if you can be of help to them somehow, by all means do so. This is a great strategy.
Ask your followers to share your link, offer appreciation through your opt in form by offering a gift such as a short ebook.
Most of all, try as much as you can to "Personalize" your approach, allowing your followers to experience you as a person, be passionate create Rapport. every step of the way. After all, your niche is a very emotional topic for many
