Okay, I just read the article and I assume you are promoting the nail repair kit.
I think a conversion killer her is that you mention the repair kit at the end of the article and most of the readers must have already lost interest in it by that time.

Please dont mind...
...But here's the harsh Truth!

You need to make your post a lot more interesting.
You need to grab their attention again and again.
For each tip or paragraph that you write, try to think of a way to get their attention, to tempt them to read one more paragraph and then one more and one more so that they read till the end of your post.

Here's an example.
Instead of saying:
Tip 3 - Massage your own nail beds.
you could say
Tip 3 - Here's how to stimulate blood flow within your nails and start the healing process in just 5 minutes.
This just makes the reader want to know what you are going to reveal in the next paragraph.

But that's not all...
...Here's what I think is the biggest Reason for Low Conversions!

It's the last tip that you write.
Suddenly I feel that you go from informing mode to selling mode.

The thing is you need to inform in a way that hits their pain points and makes them interested in the product.
I liked the way you posted before and after pictures, but I couldnt find any info about it in that paragraph.
What was the problems your friend was facing before and how did it help her afterwards.
Giving specific things/problems she faced earlier would be a good idea.

An even better way is to continue to give subtle hints about the benefits of nail repair kits just as a passing comment within the tips you write in the above paragraphs.
For example, when you talk about the tip: Soaking your nails,
you could say something like.
grab a vitamin 3 capsule and put a dob on each nail and massage it into your nails. Yeah, it's a little difficult and sometimes I find that using my nail repair kit is much easier to use and gives me better results too, and I explain why at the end of this post.
This way you have made them a little interested in the repair kit and even given them a reason to read till the end or even skip to the part where you talk more about the repair kit.

I just wanted to show you how you can grab the attention of people reading your article and keep them reading.

First congratulation for your website. Sooooooo much information and as an engineer myself I just thought its amazing what women go through to show off their beautiful hands - especially to man I guess or is it only a feel good thing for yourselves? I am not sure.

Second: What I learned in IBM direct marketing is that people who read websites turn off after less than 10 seconds !!! [and often less]. I know its crazy, but we live in a mouse-click brutal society.

So how can you change this? Check it yourselves how long you stay with a website when you are browsing [its a very good exercise and you will be shocked].

Its the law of attraction [and its actually a universal law of nature]:

Think about it ! When you were out there looking to be attractive. You did not dress like a boring school teacher, did you? And its the same for websites. They have to grab your interest in less than 10 seconds. Its a combination of pictures and colors. If you balance them with good attractive content that applies to your text content you will attract far more people. Check your text and see if you can transfer all this into pictures. Do you know that IKEA has no words in their building manual instructions for all their goods, right across the world.! Its all in pictures.

Think of apple and its graphic interfaces, There are no words, only pictures and its incredible attractive to work with graphic interfaces. Why is this? Because people are mostly attracted to pictures and also they remember them a lot better than just text.

On practical not: I really think if you implement videos you will do much better.
I think you have a great product, which will help many women and perhaps even man [now there is point to think about it, make it accessible to man, I am sure there are many man out there who visit a local beauti and nail shop once a week, why do I know this : somebody gave me as a birthday present for a one hour session in a nail shop and what I found out there talking to the nail beautician was that 40% of their business are man] but it reads like a math book or an engineering manual. Remember back in your school days: how many times did you enjoy looking into a math book?
