Are you talking about their affiliate program? Many sites don't have a direct link to it, I often find myself having to use Google. Or you can email them.

Did you change up the site significantly when moving it from Hostgator? IF the names of all the pages have changed, then yes, you'll need a redirect for each and every page. I use a plugin called Redirection. It works fine for me and tracks 404s as well. IF your site was just moved over and the actual URLs of the pages did not change, then there is no need for redirects.
Hello, no this is a new one that I have started, but hosting with Hostgator, I have not moved it from there at all....I just want to redirect a link to another link, but apparently I can not do this in wordpress without a plug in??
Still not sure I understand. Yes, if you want to redirect blogname.com/page1.html to blogname.com/page1/ then you would need a plugin and do a 301 redirect. The plugin actually makes this much more friendly than the real techie way to do it messing with access files and coding stuff.
Second part of this question ... has the first page that you are wanting to redirect been indexed by Google yet? If not, then why redirect it? You can remove it and just use your second page.
Hi there, thank you for your reply, we have been renovating in between my work. Okay yes it has been indexed, so will try your first options. Thanks for this :)
Hi Justine I use the 404 to 301 wp plugin.I find it works very well havent had a 404 in search console since i have been using it.

Hello Justine, nice to see you.
Here is Kyle's reply to someone else who asked this question:
"This is part of the SiteRubix platform. If you want to use it, it is required that your website is hosted here at Wealthy Affiliate. We build systems around the platforms here at WA as this way we can stand behind the quality of the service and offer a front to back, fully supported experience".
I add this - you can get comments through the give and take comment thread, where your site does not have to be hosted at WA: Need website comments? the give and take comment thread ~Jude
Hi Jude, perfect thank you I will start using this link to share and get comments, much appreciated :)
