Hi Benjamin,
You can use our webmail client here within Wealthy Affiliate.
If you'd like to use a 3rd party platform like Google Workspace, then we can update your MX records accordingly to do that.
Forwards to a gmail account that worked years ago, no longer are accepted by Google. So, if you've got email addresses setup as forwards, you'll need to move them over to being webmail.
Using a client like Outlook is not going to work very well as we cannot DKIM sign email coming through a 3rd party platform, thus delivery will be very sporadic and in most cases blocked.
All mail that originates on our servers via our webmail client include proper DKIM records and SPF for authentication and ensure proper delivery.
Let me know if I can help further :)
So is Google Workspace the only 3rd party platform that can be used? I like to be able to be able to send and receive emails through an app on any device that I use, rather than having to have to log into the webmail (which is fine if I am on my main computer) - I have a brick and mortar business I run where I set meetings, send files, add to my calendar integrate into my CRM (Hubspot - for now) which was all working fine - now Im struggling for a solution.

Hi Benjamin
If you're using Email Forwarding, then Google will not accept email forwards any longer. You will need to either create a Google Workspace account and ask our team to setup your domain to send via their email servers....OR....you'll need to use our webmail to send and receive email.
It's not technically possible to add DKIM or SPF to email forwards, thus no current day email service like Gmail will accept email without that.
Hey Carson.
I was wondering in Gmail under Accounts and Import, is 'Check mail from other accounts' the same as email forwarding?
I dont subscribe to workspace - just use the product suite (gmail, calender, voice etc etc) and have used the same settings inside of gmail for several years now without too much problems until emails werent going to recipients and lost a few potential clients to it

You may use the template within the site content.

It should be clearly visible in the primary menu. Disclosure is typically a page.
You also need a shorter disclosure as close as possible to the first affiliate link in a post, either above or below the link.
For Amazon, it has to say "as an Amazon Associate I may earn from qualified purchases" and this has to be directly above your first Amazon link in post.
