My First PPC Campaign.
I'm watching closely and holding my breath......
I just created my first Pay Per Click (PPC) and have included two ad groups.
Can you relate to how I'm feeling right now?
I will update you on the success or failure but will definitely have some lessons learned to share.
I'm going to close my eyes now, walk away from the computer, and try to think about something else..........

Since last night I am now up to 3 Ad Campaigns and a total of 8 Ad Groups.
I am learning so much by watching the results come in, which is helping me think about where I want to go with my marketing strategy and also seeing there are some things I need to change, update or add to my website.

Well, Rick, I must say I haven't been a big fan of PPC. However, the jury is still out - and I can't wait to hear how it works out for you!

Why are you not a fan if I may ask? What would a newbie like myself have to watch out for and prepare for, if I were to pursue PPC?
Well, James, I see it as such a small reward for inconveniencing my readers with clickbait. I try to run a clean site - no requests to join my newsletter popping up in your face - no irrelevant affiliate links - and no PPC.
At this point in time, I just don't think making a dollar or two a month is worth it when I'm looking for more trust and a growing readership for my niche.

I can see from your perspective here, that making only a dollar or two a month would be small and yet it does add up. I'm someone who is looking to maybe earn money faster while trying to get my website off the ground. I do see your point about the trust-issue though Jim. That is probably the number one most important thing in business isn't it? I may be learning something from you right now that may influence my decision either to go or not go with PPC.
I'll work on that and let you know how it goes.
I'm already learning some great new ideas and seeing different results which is all good because it's helping me refine my marketing ideas.
I now have 3 campaigns and 8 total ad groups. It's educational, watching the results.
