I am hosting my site on WA now and I find the webmail portal rather outdated and inaccessible on mobile. Is it possible to link it directly with my mobile or ipad?

Thanks!

I can’t access my email on here on mobile

Hi Tommy

That's for the reply. Maybe I was not clear enough. I do not want a forwarding service. I want to log in to the domain email via my mobile using the mail app. If I use a forwarding email, I can't reply to it using my domain email. It will show my personal email address.

Cheers

Yes, you can and you can create a personal user on your website and forward the email to your personal email account on your phone here is a video to show you how it is done.

Wa domain webmail linked to mobile? possible?

I read this article today and was shocked by the amount the company spent on ineffective Facebook ads. Do be careful everyone!

Thank you. :)

Thanks Jane. Good read, yet another lesson learned.

Thanks Jane. Always beware!

I´ve seen and read about this Before, so bad this could happen at all, we want seriouse likes not fake one´s :)
Thomas

Good to know

Indeed, it is. :)

This is a very good warning Jane. Sama's posted video link on the same subject is very enlightening as well.

The sentence of Henry J. Ford is still true: " I know that 50 % of the money I spend on advertising is useless, but I don't know what 50%!"
But I must say that the money I spend on fb advertising just gave me the results I was expecting.

Glad it works for you! I tried FB ads for business before and it did not work too well. Maybe I was not targeting the right keywords.

Good video link Sama. Exposing money down the drain is extremely helpful.

Thanks for sharing!

Two things in this worthwhile video stand out to me. The host in that video claims that he does not think Facebook is behind this. To me it is always about “follow the money” if Facebook benefits financially then it is likely they have something to do with this “fake-likes-fraud” either directly or indirectly.
The other is the host’s statement that Facebook is NOT suing this high profile publishing business for the alleged $370,000 open invoice due. Apparently, Facebook does not want its private internal analytics exposed in a public courtroom forum.
Recently I was at a local watering hole enjoying a beer and sitting next to me was a businessperson there with her husband. Facebook was mentioned and she was bragging about how good Facebook advertising was for her business. I quizzed her for specific details and she could not identify one paying client customer with her hundreds of dollars spent per month for Facebook advertising. She uses other form of advertising and at the end of the conversation; she was re-thinking why she was unable to connect Facebook with actual retail dollars earned.

Thank-you for sharing this information.

You're welcome. Glad it's useful.

The same is true for Google ads, you need to know what you're doing or you'll be wasting a lot of money.

Agree but at least they are not fakes? I doubt I will create a Facebook account to promote my site. =/

You don't need any account to click on google ads, but you can get a bunch of useless not real client clicks

Hi everyone,

I tried to use the keyword tool provided for premium members but I can't find an explanation for each of the columns. Can someone explain it to me and how to

Thanks Rich! Do you know if there is a tutorial for All in one SEO?

Thanks Rich you are a lifesaver. I have another question. I am currently doing up my About page and am a little confused. It shows:

The link under the All in one SEO preview is: http://mydomain.com/ ?page_id=number
but the permalink (located under the page title) is: Permalink: http://mydomain.com/ about

So what will the actual link be? Should I be concerned about this?

Great question Auden, and great answer, Daniel!! I knew some of this, but still learned a few new things!! Thanks!!

Thanks, glad it was good revision for you.

Keyword - The results from your search. These are related keywords.

Searches - This is how many searches for each of these results that have occurred in the last monthly period for the keyword on that row. The higher this number, the better

Traffic - Estimated traffic in a month's time for the keyword on that row. The higher this number, the better.

Competition - This shows how many pages exist that are using the keywords shown in the row. The lower this number, the better

Article Power - How easy or difficult it would be to write an article for the keyword on that row. The higher this number the better.

PPC Power - Pay Per Click Power. You probably are not ready for this anyway. Not sure about the numbers on this one. I have never done PPC.

Dig - When you hit "dig," you start a new search based on the keyword in the row you've clicked on that link. Sometimes unexpected results come up from "digging."

Hope this is a help for you :)

Daniel

Thanks Daniel! 1 more question, should the article power be higher or lower?

The higher that number, the better. :) I updated my reply. This will now give you some insight on the numbers you find over there.

You are a gem Daniel. Thanks! Another question popped up while reading the classroom threads. Jaxxy has QSR, does they keyword tool have something similar?

No one? :(
What does traffic, article power, ppc power and dig represent?

Sometimes it takes some time to get answers on here. Probably a lot of people are heading to bed now because they have to work at their jobs in the morning. Sometimes it just slows down a bit.

That's true. After typing it, I remembered that we are from different timezones! Oops!

That's okay. It happens :) I do this a lot myself, esp when I should be in bed myself.

Hi all,

Dear all,

Thanks to the quick responses by all you good people here, I have decided to commit to my education and success in affiliate marketing. I am going premium! I have 2 niches in mind, (1) travel and dining niche, and (2) promote WA?.

Should I start with both at the same time or should I try out 1 at a time? Would love your feedback! Thanks!

If I was you I would focus on one thing at a time and I would go for the travel and dining niche (though you will need to break it down more.

Try one at a time is my advise. You may want to consider WA first by taking the Affiliate Bootcamp lessons. You could also promote your travel and dining niche as well by taking the Certificate lessons. Both will give you the information to achieve success. Follow the lessons as presented and do not skip lessons. Debbie

Thanks BIS! Hah, I was just reading your blog a few moments ago. Good stuff!
Would just travel be good enough to develop an authority site? I was actually thinking of crossing my interest of travel and finding good eats overseas. Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks Debbie. Now I have the tough decision of which to select. :)

$$$ come as a direct result of your commitment to the effort!

Do tell me more about your experience. That is what I am interested in.

Hi auden. I've been here a month now…not much experience to speak of. I am very excited about WA. The tools and training are here to be successful if you are determined and work hard at all of the things Kyle says to do. Kyle and Carson are the masters!

You are the your own destiny. None of us can give you a direct time line as to when you will earn your first dollar. It is all based upon the audience you target and the product/service you are promoting. Remember your website will reach out to the world in which there are 2 billion people on the internet. It will take time to get traffic to your site. So you need to be patient. What works for me may not work for you. I am getting a trickle of income this month.

Also, @Rich's comments are true and pretty accurate to what you can expect.

Debbie

Thanks for sharing Debbie. Yes I do know that it is up to me but I am interested in the experience of others too. Glad to know that you have income coming in. What is the age of your current site? :)

I started here on September 14, 2013. My website was live on that day or the next day. Debbie

Awesome Debbie!

Hey Debbie,

I visited your website and I love it! Kudos and way to go!

Definitely worth doing. I rearranged some personal finances so I could pay for Premium. This was an investment in my education and became a priority for me and I haven't regretted that decision. Hope this helps.

Hey Rick, thanks! Do you mind sharing a little more about your experience building the website and your first dollar?

I followed the Boot Camp training to promote WA. I had to be Premium to move past Phase 1 so I could continue to learn. As a result I have been earning commissions. You will need to decide if you want to do the Certification training or the Boot Camp training.

Thanks Rick. Your reply is really helpful.

I earned mine in less than a week, but I already have online business experience. I think you should try it for a month, as that's a minimal cost and there are no hidden fees to bite you. The domain is pretty much it. I love that site hosting is included here.

Cool, thanks. I guess that experience helped a little?

So far cost is concerned @RICH has explain at length. So far earning is concerned will depend on how fast you learn. It is upto you only.

Yes I know. That's why I asked for the time duration so I can make an estimate of my own speed and possible earnings. And I want to hear from other people's experience. :)

For the moment just $10 domain name for one year, i don t know if we will need to pay other things in the future, probably YES, i am new too and i am still building my site. In my opinion you should buy first month it s only 19$, i already have a lots of credit from inviting other people to pay the next month. Take my advise and buy it, you wont regret. Just do what i did, if you don t like it you have an entire month to invite 19 people and you will get your money back.
GOOD LUCK!

Did you share it with friends or it is through your niche? Now I'm really keen to join the premium membership. :)

I share it with my friends, i have a group of friends on facebook and we all are trying to do something online. and i also have a simple blog about WA describing it. I am not doing BOOTCAMP. My niche is about E-cigs, mods and stuff...
Sorry for my english

Cool, thanks for sharing. I am not doing something related to WA too.

Hey Jane. OK, in the interests of transparency, I have three busted niches and half-a-dozen abandoned websites behind me, and it took me 6-7 months to start earning properly. I arrived with zero knowledge and had a full time job so it was a bit of a long haul in my case. I've been at WA 18 months, and I now earn my living entirely online, working a few hours a day, so it's obviously been the best investment I ever made in myself, as far as I'm concerned. I'd definitely recommend you give this a read: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/getting-started/how-long-has-it-taken-you-to-earn-what-you-earn WA is all inclusive, it's $47 per month ($19 for the first month within 7 days) or $359 per annum which is c. $30 per month or less than a $1 a day. There is nothing else to buy here at WA, no "upsells" whatsoever. I joined when there was no open door policy, you had to pay to get in and I signed up annual before my first month expired, I was that "sure" this was for me. Here's wishing you every success! :) Rich.

Wow thanks for the sharing. I am wondering if you are promoting WA for your niche or is it some other non IM niche?

No. I haven't promoted WA beyond friends and family and I didn't affiliate them. The IM and MMO niches bore me to tears, nothing wrong with them, just they don't interest me at all. I'd rather do something I'm passionate about, so my niche is in the "travel" sector. :) R.

Thanks Rich! I love that niche too! Bitten by the travel bug.
