Hi Sascha,

If your All In One SEO is set up as per training, you should be fine. Your site has been found already, but the other posts can just take some time, especially because your site is so new.

As your site ages, your indexing will be much ore regular and faster.

You can set up Google Search Console, which is in the training, which will tell you more about indexing, and errors on your site.

Search Console is also where you can track what you're ranking for, how many clicks you're getting from search from your ranking positions.

If you haven't messed with any codes on your website or edited any site files manually, you should be fine, you shouldn't have any errors.

It's most likely you just need to wait a little longer. Google takes its time, you won't be able to rush this process.

Hope this helps,
Grace

Hello Grace,

I am writing my posts through Site Content and relying on being notified when they are indexed but it is not happening in real-time.

I am so new and my knowledge base is so shallow that got me in "panic mode" for things that should not. It will not happen so easily next time.

I have Google Analytics and there are no errors. Also after posting a new post I always submit a site map for the post.

I learn from people here that if I write on google site:mysite.com
it will show all site posts and so on. I could see all the links and snippets for all of my posts but I tough is for the mobile part of the website.

Anyway, You come in my aid again - thank you Grace.

All the best 2 you Grace
Sascha

Wow - I did not realize that my site dot com exists and now that link is alive. Is possible to edit replays?

Stupidity is a very expensive luxury.

I really need to learn more.
That website has now a live link to us here by mistake. Can you edit that replay (maybe)? It is not right to have a benefits without work. Sorry for that mistake.

I don't know what to say more than I am sorry.

Sascha

Hi Sascha,

I'm not sure what you're talking about here:

"I learn from people here that if I write on google site:mysite.com
it will show all site posts and so on. I could see all the links and snippets for all of my posts but I tough is for the mobile part of the website."

I'm also not understanding your second message.

mysite.com - this is not your site, this is someone else's site so you can't edit that. Not sure what you're saying about them linking to us here, they are not.

Every time you publish a post you do NOT have to submit a new Sitemap. You need to do this only in the beginning or if you have a big update on your site and want Google to reindex your site.

Google Analytics doesn't show you errors, this is only to check on visitors on your site, your traffic.

I was mentioning above to use Google Search Console to check for any errors. Please check what I said again above about Search Console.

If you can clarify about mysite.com - which is totally owned by someone else, then I can help you better but otherwise, I'm not sure what you're saying about this site.

Grace

Hello Grace,

That link was supposed to be site:https://marketerhubspot.com it was a typing mistake and is not important anymore.

Do you know if this is the correct setting for robots.txt file

User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Crawl-delay: 10

I changed something and is very difficult (with my knowledge) for me to find out what is wrong.

I have screenshot for you. Maybe you will understand what that means.

I hope you will have patience with me.
One day I will know all of this but right now I just don't.

Thank you Grace,
Sascha

hi Sascha,

I have no idea about the robots.txt file, I would not touch any site files if I were you unless you know what you're doing. You can mess up your site a lot if you go and edit those files without knowing what you'll be doing in there. So I cannot advise you on that.

Your Search Console is good, as long as there are no errors, you're fine. Your site may just take some time to get indexed.

If you want to make sure you've submitted an updated sitemap to Google, you can do so by sending one through the All In One SEO plugin.

This video will show you how to do the sitemap part, it starts at 9mins 36seconds, where she goes to the "Features Manager" menu in the All in One SEO plugin: Your site looks great by the way! :) Keep up the good work!

Grace

Hello Grace,

Thank you. Maybe I focused too much in the wrong direction. I will try to write something again and do a few more posts.

I will leave all technicalities along for a month and see what happens. The next 30 days am going to follow lessons and posting new content only.

About the video: it seems that we learn more from each other than from the main course. Really great video for SEO. Thank you.

If Kyle tries to do that kind of detailed video, WA would be also the longest program in the world (not only the best). Definitely a video to come back to if I forget something.

Also, I have to thank you for compliments about my website. I know is relative boring without images. Next month I will buy some images from Shutterstock - they have the best images on the world but pricey ($9 per image).

And again thank you for your patience with me, and all great help as always.

All the best 2 you Grace,
Sascha

Hi Sascha,

The images in Site Content are all free to use and free from copyright. So, if you write your posts in Site Content, it'll be easier for you to search for free images there to add to your posts.

You're doing great Sascha, just keep doing the training and writing content. There sure are TONS of member tutorials like the one I showed you. Whenever you have a question, type your question in the WA Search bar first (mid top) to see what comes up, usually you you will get your question answered quickly there.

Enjoy! :)
Grace

Hello Grace,

I think you just save me some money. I didn't know that I can use those images just like that. I write content trough site content, but the images - I don't know what I was thinking, definitely not that they are free.

People say "only the sun comes up for free" for the rest... ah, You know the rest.

Anyway, thank you again. How could I ever repay you for all those help - I don't know.

I have learned a lot in the one month time, more than I could imagen. It's interesting but I need one day off. Everyday learning and writing. I feel tired now (just posted one more article).

Its 04.00 in the morning and I know I have to finished links in that article - not now - tomorrow. This job will never be done. Its always so much to do.

How you organized your day? I am behind a computer all the time.
Like never before.

Thank you for all your patience and help to me.

All the best 2 you Grace,
Sascha

P.S. Its time to sleep.

Indeed, you need your sleep. :) No need to over do it. Take your time as this is a long term project, so there's no rush into learning everything at once.

I am glad you are learning so much thought and writing often, this kind of work effort will be rewarded down the road.

The work you put in is never wasted, even the very old content can still bring a site lots of money.

I am too at my computer or laptop very often. I'm a stay at home mom, so my core alone hours are 9am-3pm, I work during these hours and then can't get back it til about 8pm after all the family stuff is done. Then I work til bedtime which is never before midnight lol... I'll be lucky to be in bed before midnight. :)

I love it still, though there are many days I want to call it quits! Lol but because I keep moving through these tough days and continue working while most people quit, that's how I found my success.

I know you will do the same as your work effort is very good. Keep it up but pace yourself for the long run.

I used to be more organized with my schedule, but lately, i've been all over the place and that's been very stressful. I've thrown myself into so many projects that it's getting a bit crazy.

I'm actually going to go back to organize a schedule so I don't get so stressed out on how everything will get done.

So I will be planning out all the things that needs to get done, then assigning them a date of when they need to get done, and come up with a schedule on how I need to create content for which day for which project.

For my blog, that's what I do, I plan out all my keyword research days 1-2 days a week, then list all the keywords that I'm going to use on a spreadsheet.

Then I assign the days I'm going to write those articles for each keyword.

This also shows me how many I can write a week, and plan accordingly.

Knowing WHAT you're going to write helps a lot, at least for me...

I haven't been doing this lately and it's stressing me out very much and that's why this weekend or even tomorrow I want to organize some things for myself so I can get more focused and more productive in my days.

I hope this helps! Sorry for the novel. :)
Grace

Hello Grace,

I see you have after all this time so much to do. The new ideas coming in, the new projects begin and always going back to change that post and another one just a bit to make it better or perfect as possible.

I see now why people fail. You get to love what you do, otherwise, you just can't do it (after a few months) anymore. It's not a sprint, it's definitely a Marathon.

The importance of organizing your day is immense. Last 30 days I have been more than 10 hours behind a computer every day. Time goes very fast when you working on the article or SEO or anything.

You get tired, go to sleep 4-5 hours and in the morning grab a coffee and start all over again. If there are not things I have to do for a family on a daily basis it would be even worse.

But I love to do what I do now. I was working in the Casino business for 20 years (like in Vegas: Roullete, Black Jack, Poker and so on). End of the day I could see only one number on the paper. Positive if we won that day or negative if we lost.

Working on a website is a pleasure: I can see the result of my work every day. I can see it become something bigger and I know is there to stay. It will be relevant for a long time to come.

In the casino business, yesterday doesn't count. Only today counts. After I finished a day I have to write a report to my employer (just a report about profit) and forget it.

The next day would be the same. No pleasure of any kind there - only statistics at the and of year.

This is so much better. No big Boss behind me. No one to send a report to - just me and the people I like to talk to and work with here at WA.

Al the best 2 you Grace,
Sascha

You've been doing a lot Sascha, you're definitely on the right track!

Keep up the great work,
Grace

Hi - are you writing your posts through Site Content and relying on being notified when they are indexed? I have to say, I don't always find Site Content to be reliable. You can search yourself in Google by typing in this phrase - site:mydomain.com (obviously replacing my domain with the name of your own site). This will show all the posts which have been indexed.

Hi Diane,
I have done that many times I could see all the links and the snippets for every post but I have always relied on Site Content to show it as I expected. So possibly nothing wrong with indexing only Site Content is not show any changes.

Thank you
Sascha

It's possible if you just started your website. However, some posts should already have been indexed.. Have you submited sitemap.xml to your google search console account?

I submit a sitemap after every post but no changes. On-site content under statistics it says "Article published 9" and google has indexed 2.

Good question Almere, have your tried reaching out to your personal coach?

Hi - your site hasn't been found by Google yet. This is called indexing and can take from a few days to a few weeks. You will receive an email when it happens.

Thank you Diane

I see you're relatively new here - it's possible that it just hasn't been indexed yet. Millions of new websites launch every day, it takes Google's robots a little time to discover them.

Also have you submitted a Sitemap in your Google Console?

Hello Robert,
Also, have you submitted a Sitemap in your Google Console?
How I do that? I have never heard of that before. As you can see I know very little about all this business. I have written in google all combinations of my Url and it doesn't display my site but a bunch of other sites? I am so lost here. So if you tell me how to submit site to Google console maybe it will work.
Thank you, Robert

No Sitemap then no index or rank.

Your site has to be verified by Google Analytics and Google Console.

Once you do that and submit a Sitemap then your site will be indexed and rank.

In other words you will then have an online presence.

I'm thinking you have been skipping lessons and it really does not pay to jump ahead.

have a look at these below for your Google Analytics, Google Console, Sitemap

Hello Robert,
I haven't skip any lessons yet. I have had already a web site out of WA. I could not move siterubix site to my site I already own. After I contacted Kyle, hi help me to do it. Then after waiting 24 hours it was done. After that, I note the site is not alive anymore. Before, I could find my website directly after uploading the index page through FTP. Now I don't have FTP logins data anymore (have to wait for 30 days). So I am still at training level 2 lesson 2. I guess the best way is to be patient a bit. Anyway, I followed steps from the video you send me about google analytics and done all the steps. For verifying web site I have to insert code in the head section of a web site (another method - verifying trough DNS configuration is not possible by my host provider). After I get an FTP password, is easy to insert a piece of code that Google has given to me. I think with time, a little patience and your help it will work well later. We will see. I did installed and activated also XML plugin.
Anyway, thanks a lot. Your help was really great in this matter.
Thank you very much.

You have come to the right platform to learn how to build an online business. You should have gone through some of the lessons. Why not continue with the rest? Follow me? To simplify the answer, it is just a way member here welcome you and at the same time if you blog or do training, they will be notified of it. On the other hand, if the member does a blog or training, you will be notified. All the best and have fun learning.

Thank you... that was fast. Here really things work differently than elsewhere...

Yup ... you are right. Here, it is very much like a big family ... everyone encourages each other to move forward. That is why you can find a lot of positive blogs here. By the way, you need to follow the member in order to receive the notification.

I see - thank you for info.. very clever.
