Patience and Perseverance toward success
Hello Friends,
Two years ago (November 2017) I was experiencing the last weeks of my pregnancy, long awaited and beloved for several years by myself and my beloved husband. As a result of my past vicissitudes until I had a successful pregnancy, I showed the utmost care daily to enable my heart to be filled with joy. But despite everything I had been through, I again faced situations unfamiliar to me before.
During routine pregnancy examinations, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. The doctor wanted me to start insulin treatment as soon as possible, but I asked for a few days to try to stabilize glucose blood values through a different diet. I should monitored the glycemic value 6 time per day. I decide not to consume or restrict any food that increased glucose blood value. At first it wasn't easy , but after the first days I improved my glycemic value within the required range. It was holiday season and I didn't eat anything sweet. Keeping my focus I could handle it.
I continued this way until the end of my pregnancy, until I embraced my daughter for the first time. We both enjoyed full health.Fiends I decide to share this personal story for two reasons:
First: Every one of us has dreams and wants to realize them. Keep dreaming every day!!!..., but you must also contribute to their realization.
Building a successful business, achieving our personal goals, are some of the things for which we work and learn every day, here in WA.
Friends, let us stay focused, let us show patience and perseverance, let us not succumb to the obstacles we face every day!!! ... I am confident that we will succeed on our path.
Second: November is known as Diabetes Month. I wish all of you good health, but if you haven't done any check-ups this year, I encourage you to take a look at glycemic control. It is a simple analysis that can be carried out even at home conditions.

I also encourage all to do a regular glucose test. Better to detect diabetes early so you can take action to control it. Stay healthy!
