Can I log into Wordpress without going through WA? I am trying to access Wordpress directly through the internet and it is not recognizing my login credentials.
Use the following url to get to the WordPress login for your site. Just replace the xxxxxxx's with your site:
https://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/wp-login.php
-or-
https://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/admin
You can find your user name and password in WA by clicking on "Websites" in the top menu, find the website you want the credentials for in the dropdown list, then click on "View Details"
Just jot down your user name and the associated password and enter those into the WordPress login screen.
Hey Alan,
Here's a video to show you how you can do just that: Login to WordPress Quickly Hope you find this helpful.
not wordpress as such - as that s another platform ( http://wordpress.com)
so what you need to do is to type into the url bar
siteurl/wp-admin
and when asked enter your details - user name and password
so if your site is http://TheTestUnit.com
then enter http://thetestunit.com/wp-admin into the adress bar
hope you manage ot log in
phil
note it is really confusing when there is a program called wordpress ( http://wordpress.org) and a platform http://wordpress.com
these are not related ( except for name ) and shows that if you grab a site name with the same name but different extension how it can really confuse the public.....
so when going for a domain name chack no one else is using it first....
Yes, you will need to fetch your login credentials from WA.
Then you can log in via

How do I review open support tickets. I need to edit my question.
If you click on the envelope symbol, at the top right (on the same line as your profile photo) you will be able to see all the emails you have sent.
I hope that helps :-)
