Hey WA. How is everyone?? I have recently experience a serious insomina problem, and i haven't been able to sleep in like almost a week now. I haven't had the energy to stay active within the WA community like I usually do, and haven't been able to blog daily. I have been under serious stress, antiexy, and i also suffer from depression as well. I will go see my doctor soon so that we can resolve this issue asap. I will be up and running again soon. I appreaciate all of the support that y'all have given me, and I will see you later.

Take some time off - the brain is like a muscle too - it needs a rest now and again although we don’t acknowledge it at times (I’m so guilty of that).

Best of luck my friend. Have you looking into downloading some sleep hypnosis videos off of YouTube onto your phone/tablet and then (using ear buds) listen to them? It might help as they're very calming. I know when I can't sleep due to stress, that's what I turn to...

Also, check out some aromatherapy where you can spray or use a lavender essential oil/fragrance in your room. It's also very beneficial...

Hello, Ahmed. So sorry to hear that. I do hope it can be resolved soon. I am glad you are going to see a doctor and hopefully experience relief. You may want to ask him about foods that can actually help with sleep and depression. Maybe do some research on that topic. It might help you. I feel for you and wish you well.
