My country "Kenya" is not listed in the credit card or paypal mpayment option. So how do I become premium?
This is a simple problem Select a adjacent country which support paypal "receiving" and register.
you have to apply for an international visa card from your bankers which you can use for most payments.
Try emailing kyle@wealthyaffiliate.com He will steer you in the right way to get you to Premium. Good Luck!

When I add my credit card to paypal during signing up for paypal, it refuses.
So now I can't pay via credit card nor create a paypal account
I have used credit card on pay pal before. I think it is because my address when I signed up for the credit card is not the same as the one I am signing up with.
Or could it be something else?

I had a similar payment experience in South Africa. I explained my dilemma to my bank they allowed me to contact Paypal who advised me how to overcome the problem.

I can't even add a credit card on my paypal. Paypal says they cannot review my card
I had all your problems, Solved the problem by googling the exchange rate and Deposited the money into friends credit card account and that solved my short term worry. I donot know the banks in Nigeria, but if you have FNB you are sure to be helped. If not, go to your bank and explain your problem. I took three weeks but I was determined to become WA member. Get back to me

Credit cards don't allow certain countries, you might want to try choosing a country that is available (from the list) when checking out. This may work, but besides that we are at the limitations of payment processors/credit cards whom block certain credit cards for fraud reasons.
