How to Practise Unlearning and Not Doing Things
How Not to Do Things.
Having been at Wealthy Affiliate for 3 years, the time comes when you realize that some of the best lessons learned are how not to do things.
In my opinion, trial and error and personal experience are the best or, at least, one of the better ways to learn. These lessons don't appear in "Hubs" but are equally important.
These lessons are learned through trial and error and error and error. And as frustrating as they can be, they will form a solid foundation for your eventual success.
When it Hits the Fan.
When your blogs or your videos do not go as planned and you are ready to throw your computer against the wall, this is your chance for transformational learning. This is the perfect time to look at the problems you are encountering.
What problems are you coming up against?
Is it a writing problem or some other content problem?
Are you finding it difficult to motivate your readers to purchase a product or idea?
Perhaps you aren't laying out your product purchasing guide in an easy-to-understand format.
Are you providing an adequate sales funnel?
Drill down on the problem you are experiencing and if necessary enlist the aid of others to help define what your problem is.
Understanding the problem is halfway to solving it so it is said.
However, I believe understanding the problem is tantamount to solving it.
Outside Advice.
If all else fails, get outside advice. Not everything can be solved within the four family walls of WA.
And these are great times for learning how not to do the same things and practice new ways to learn and unlearn if necessary.

Unlearning things which haven't worked can be as difficult as learning new things which hopefully will Stevoi!
Life is a never ending learning process my friend.... especially when it comes to ones wife!!
Enjoy a fantastic week ahead buddy!!
🤣🍻👍
Good points. I am very good at learning from errors. In fact, I think that is the best way for me to learn. This became painfully apparent when I was taking coding classes. But as weird as it sounds, I preferred it that way. I learned more by digging into a problem until I fixed it. After that, I understood how to do it, and the mistakes were not made again.

That’s what I like to hear. Positive vibes at 1.30 in the morning.
I caught up on a lot of sleep yesterday, with the result I now will probably be awake all night.
I quite like it though as I can do my work with no interruptions.

I do the same thing many times, Stevoi! We have to snatch sleep when we can get it!

Love it, Stevoi! So often we have to unlearn things. When I started basketball when I was a girl my mom was worried that I wouldn't hav the necessary skills to play because I hadn't played before. But the coach told her, "I would rather have girls who have never played before because then I don't have to unteach them the bad habits and skills."
Mind blown!
Thanks for the great post!
