The New Year is about good health, a happy life, and getting with your partner, children and grandchildren, parents and grandparents. Those that you love and those who are your foundation that drives you to provide, and ultimately why you are here at Wealthy Affiliate.

It was not huge, this cultural shift.
I was born in Australia and came to Europe with my Dutch parents when I was 3 years old. I left home at the age of 15 to study in different countries. Then I worked in tourism for different German companies and landed in Spain in 1975. I started on my organic farm in 1981. The culture shock I get when visiting the Netherlands, which does not happen often.

It sounds the same as me now.
I have been living and teaching ESL in Vietnam for over 20 years, and now when I go back home (New Zealand and Australia) I find it very hard to adjust to the culture.
The funny thing is, when visiting completely different countries it is easier to accept differences etc.
Spain must be interesting. I read a while ago it has one of the oldest restaurants in the world. That would be an incredible experience.

Many thanks, I will look at this later today. It is 2 am in the morning here, and while some can blame revelry for staying up late, mine is insomnia.
On the plus side, I get a lot done.
But I am pleased I got the restaurant correct.

As they say in Holland, I sleep like a rose, as I take 2 1/2 mg of Melatonin short before going to bed.

I have tried a lot of things and now keep to natural ( and make myself) as much as possible.
Unfortunately when I was younger in body and soul, lol, I did not respect my body and ingested much that I shouldn’t have.
I believe that this has somewhat caused my “awakening “ at night. lol, at least I can laugh at it.

As Melatonin decreases, I just give myself an extra boost, after all I am 74.
At least 3 hours between the last food and going to bed.
Bedroom should be cool, as dark as possible, and no gadgets. You could give it a try.

They are only $35.00 one way OMG. We might have to set up our own Asian Wealthy Affiliate conference somewhere in Asia.
Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, or the Philippines... I am sure we could get a few of us together. Sponsored by W.A and Kyle etc.... Lol.
Are you in Vietnam on hols, or "pulling my leg"
But... maybe this is something we really could arrange.
It would be great getting a few people together and bouncing ideas off of one another.

I would recommend Cebu City, Cebu. 2nd largest city in PI. Manila the air is toxic not to mention some other unfriendly things for tourists.

Are you doing anything or watching anything tonight. I remember one year going to the fireworks on the harbor bridge.
A great night.....apart from thousands of drunk spectators. Now, I watch from home. lol.

Like you prefer to enjoy from home no added travel no crowds to push though and more relaxing
