You can access your site-specific email by going into Site Manager and click on "Site Email".

Hi Hon,
I am trying to set up a popup that will deliver an ebook for free. I want to use a domain specific email but I have to confirm it first. The company (Poptin) sends an email to the domain specific email address to confirm it. I have 3 domain specific emails set up. 2 of them are forwarded to my gmail account. The third one I set up to access through the email at WA. I tried sending an email confirmation to all 3 and it doesn't go through to any of them. I checked the 2 that are forwarding to my gmail and they are forwarding correctly. But none of them are receiving the confirmation email. My gmail address was able to receive and confirm that address but I wanted to use a domain specific address with this popup. I'm not even sure who I contact. Is this a WA issue, Poptin issue or maybe a theme issue. Do you have any ideas on this? Thank you so much in advance for any help!

Hi Veronica,

If I'm understanding your message correctly, 2 confirmation emails are being forwarded to your personal email from account 1 & 2 correct?

If so, accounts 1 & 2 are working as they should because of the auto-forwarding you have in place. You will not see those email inside your inbox because it is being forwarded to your personal Gmail account.

As for account 3, are you able to receive any emails at all? If so, then you know that email delivery is working.

If not then there's some sort of glitch is going on. I would send a test email to your 3rd account from your personal email to verify.

Have you tried checking inside your spam folder? Sometimes my emails get sent to my spam.

Also, is your domain hosted with WA? If not, then you might want to contact the company where your domain is being hosted.

However, if your domain is hosted with WA, I would contact support and they will be able to assist you.

My comment boxes on each page disappeared. I'm not sure if an update caused this or adding the SumoMe plugin. The Comment Box is checked on the edit page. I also went in and un

Although I have not had that happen to me with sumome, I believe you need to go the the plugin or widget as the case may be to adjust settings for what you want and don't want.

Thanks for your help! I did learn a lot yesterday with all of that! Someday hopefully I will know what I am doing.

Hi,
If you pay via PayPal, you will receive notice in the mail that the payment was made.
If there is not enough money for make a payment, you will be informed on your profile in WA. The red mark on the top of the profile. WA will informed you that you have not pay a monthly membership fee.You have time to provide money for payment.
