My Journey With Wealthy Affiliate So Far
Well its been just over 2 months since I've joined this amazing community of online entrepreneurs and as promised I'll be sharing what I'm learning and some of my results so far.
Online Success Is Much Easier Than You Think
Like many of you reading this post I've struggled for years to generate consistent income online.
Some of you may not have even made a cent online yet but, instead you may have lost your money to scams and various forms of online get-rich-quick schemes.
This may have left you feeling disillusioned and even without hope of ever being able to make enough money online to significantly improve your living standards.
Well as someone who has traveled that road I'm here to tell you, do not despair. Success online is much easier than you think when you are surrounded by the right people.
Take This Platform Seriously
Within my first week of being a member of wealthy affiliate I decided that I would take this platform seriously.
It is so easy not to take it seriously because you can join as a free member and have access to some of the most amazing and advanced tools to build an online business.
Therefore you may not be invested in the process that leads to success when you have not invested anything in your business.
That is why I upgraded to premium membership within the 1st 7 days and then paid for my entire year's membership within my 1st month.
I was immediately able to connect with like-minded people who are eager to achieve results in the shortest possible time.
The Quality Of Your Connections Is Key
The most valuable lesson I've learned so far is that success largely depends on the quality of your networks and connections.
However, to build a quality network you need to demonstrate that you yourself are a quality person. Like attracts like.
Therefore, it is no coincidence that I've managed to build the kind of network that is providing me with invaluable guidance to build a successful online business that will allow me to live the kind of life that I desire.
Since building these connections within this platform I've increase my traffic, gained my 1st referral and improved my rank exponentially over this platform particularly over the past 8 days. Exciting stuff!
Focus On Building Genuine Connections
So my best advice to those who are new to this platform is to focus on building genuine connections.
When you do this you will be amazed at how quickly those who possess the knowledge and skills that you need to be successful will reach out to you.
You will begin to attract the kind of people who will be able to explain and break down concepts in a way that you can relate to.
This will make it easier for you to apply the training that is available in this platform.
Therefore, don't make the mistake of treating this platform and the members within this community fore granted if you really want to be successful online.
Don't just make token visits here and there, post shallow or insincere descriptions of yourself or post shallow or insincere comments.
Take the time to communicate in a way that can build real relationships even if it is an online platform. That is how you build trust and respect in the community.
The Golden Rule
Treat each person on the platform with the same respect and genuineness that you would like to receive.
Post a genuine description of yourself that will allow others an insight into who you really are, where you are and where you want to go. Post meaningful and genuine comments.
In short learn to treat people in this platform as real people and work to build genuine connections and you will reap the rewards. The journey to success will be an exciting and joyful one instead of being boring, frustrating and mechanical.
So thanks you to all those who are part of my network on this amazing platform. May our connections continue to grow from strength to strength and translate into successful online business for all of us.
