I have to temporarily quit the premium program. I love WA but I cannot afford it right now. I want to keep learning what I can until I can get back on a Premium Status.
Unfortunately, you can't go back to being a free member. I know this from personal experience.
I guess you could create another free account and use that until you are able to afford premium again.
Also, I would recommend that if you have any websites hosted with WA, that you transfer them to another hosting provider, such as Namecheap. Luckily WA give you 30 days after you cancel to do this.
I need to change membership to starter?

Yoder, I'm sorry to see you go, unfortunately you're unable to go back to a starter member. You can always come back and continue where you left off. If you're going to be gone longer than 30 days, I would suggest moving your website to another hosting. You will be missed.
