How the formats are displayed depends very much on the theme you have installed but 99% of the time you’ll be using the standard format.
What format is the best to use for my wordpress posts ?
Standard is the one to use generally, Jaco. As you get acquainted with WordPress, you start using the others as well. They have very specific meanings. Look at some WordPress videos to get more knowledge on each one.

Affiliate credits are available to use or cash out when a minimum of 40 credits have been earned, and a 5% Starter to Premium upgrade percentage is maint
Do you see the bar that goes across where the amount shows? You must slide this bar across to where you reach over $20 which is minimum. If you know how to slide this bar across already and it does not do anything. You will want to get onto a new browser and pull up WA. For some reason it will stick in google chrome and not let you get your money. So go to internet explorer and try again.
Also check to see at the bottom that you have selected the minimum amount. $20.
How many starter members have joined WA using your affiliate link? How many have upgraded to premium? You need to have 5% of the members who have joined using your link to upgrade to premium before you can cash out. That's 5 in 100 and it's the same as having 1 in 20 or 2 in 40.
