Side bar banners?
How do I install a side bar for banners on website website?
Side bar banners?
Hi Torch56,
There are several parts to this process:-
1. Find the banner you want to use and copy the code for it into Notepad or Word so that you have it ready when you need to use it.
2.Go to the WP-admin location of your website e.g. www.nameofyourwebsite/wp-admin and open it up.
3. Navigate to your Dashboard. Look down the dark column on the left-hand side and select 'APPEARANCE' which will open up a drop-down menu.
4. In this drop-down menu look for 'WIDGETS' and click on it.
5.On the right-hand side of this page you will see the different locations that are available for a sidebar in your Theme.
6.On the left-hand side of your page you will see the different types of 'widget' that can be used. The one you need is the 'TEXT' widget.
7. Find the 'Text' widget; left mouse click (hold down the left-hand mouse buton and drag the 'Text' widget to your chosen sidebar and release the mouse button).
8. Go to your Notepad or Word file and copy the code for the banner. Go to the text widget you have just dragged and dropped into the sidebar; select the little 'down-turned' triangle on the right-hand side of the widget and click on it which will open a box for the title of this banner); give it a title (this is for you to recognise) and paste the code into the larger box below the title box.
9. Scroll down the page and SAVE.
10. The banner will now appear on all of your pages and posts in the same position.
Goodluck. Shout if you need further help.

My website/domain name is: http://affiliatesmakemoneyonline.com
Before I can get to my site, another site(s) is listed: http://affiliatemakemoneyonline.com
The only
I actually like your original site the best. If I were you I would use that domain, there is no need to BUY another domain name. You cannot change a domain name after the fact, you will always need to buy a new one if you want a different one.
If your site ranks better in Google ( or Bing ) than them , then people will visit your site more than they visit theirs.
Change your name to ABCXYZ.com and it doesn't guarantee that anyone will find it quicker.
Content and how you promote and market that content in order to get visitors are the most important things. The actual domain name is secondary.

How long does it take for my blog to show up?
You mean your blog isn't showing up on your site? That's weird. It should automatically be on your site right after you publish it. Don't forget to hit the publish button! If this isn't working for you I have no idea what else it could be.
Competed course 1, completed my blog but it is not showing up?
