Patience is a Virtue
I know we're all familiar with the fact it takes time to establish ourselves as an online presence. But at least to me, it's always frustrating when starting out with a new website. I have done this before, I KNOW it works. But when it takes so long to begin to see results and success, it's hard to keep motivated.
When I started by Bootcamp site, everyone told me my content was good --excellent, even. But I wasn't ranking. Google Webmaster Tools had me ranking for around 10 key terms in positions far in the 100s for a LONG time. I wasn't getting any traffic...at all.
Not after the first month, or second month, or even really the THIRD month. I was frustrated but kept going because I have done this before and know it works, I had to keep telling myself that.
But guess what? I kept writing content anyway, and about four months later I finally started ranking. Not only just ranking, but ranking well and it was taking off like CRAZY!
Okay, so I know it's not THAT much traffic compared to what some people might get, but it's a great start and it only keeps increasing! It's also very targeted traffic, and my conversion rate is around 25% - I think that's pretty good!
So if you're not seeing traffic after a few months, don't let the discourage you. It takes time to gain rankings! Whether you're following along with Bootcamp or the Entrepreneur Certification Training - stick with it! It DOES work!
You know what they say, patience is a virtue!
