Introduction to Facebook Ads For Beginners
Facebook Ads allows you to do multiple things:
- You can advertise your fan page (within Facebook)
- You can advertise a landing page and steer people from Facebook into it (to say promote affiliate products)
Unlike Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, within Facebook Ads you can't make ads targeting keywords but instead create ads that target specific demographics of people. Your ads can also show up on both Facebook and Instagram.
As for paying, it works the exact same way as other PPC networks. Once your ad gets a click, you pay an X amount for it.

Hi Vitaliy and Thanks for this FB video. I honestly don't watch your PPC videos as I am not quite ready for that yet, although I do read your posts that are under the videos. FB ads I do dabble in for my offline job so this was very helpful.

Do you have any Facebook ads? If so, how do they do compared to your Google or Bing ads?

Yes I have made many fb ads and there are some similarities between them and the ones I have in Google ads and Microsoft ads but making them in Facebook is very different.

Are Facebook ads better than Google ads?
That's all subjective. I have personally used Google Ads way more than Facebook Ads but both have tremendous potential.
